As per Clause 21.5 of the MilesWeb Terms of Service (which you may be referring to as the Billing Clause), there will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 30 days period or beyond coverage of our refund policy as noted here.

Wrong claim of 99.99% uptime
Now this is another review that we are providing
They claiming their uptime is 99.99%. But from few months, My issues are persistent like cpanels are bouncing back, many times I cant even login to my cpanel as well, My cpanel emails are not working, When complaining, team keep on giving same solution over and over, they never went extra miles to resolve issue once for all,
Infact I have to wait for hours for their reply too, their live chat option is also not working and that too is not resolved.
today as well no resolution that I cant even send and emails to anybody.

Very disappointed with Miles Web Hosting service.
We trusted them with important server data, but due to a CPANEL/WHM issue, our server files were lost. What is even more disappointing is the support response. Instead of taking proper responsibility, they are giving unprofessional replies and not understanding the urgency of the situation.
If a company is providing hosting services, then server security, monitoring and recovery should be their top priority. Clients trust hosting providers with critical business data, and issues like this can cause huge losses.
We are still waiting for a proper resolution and file recovery from the Miles Web team.
Just sharing my experience so others stay aware before trusting important projects and data with any hosting provider.
