A tick attachment for my dogs collar lasted just a month and you can’t replace the battery or charge. Anyway given the benefits of doubt I order a more expensive rechargeable version. When it arrived it wouldn’t ever switch in and just appeared to charge indefinitely. So returned it using their process and eventually after a few weeks I got a replacement. Unfortunately same problem - they may as well have sent the same one back. So again returned it in early February and am still waiting a refund. Latest correspondence 24 March after me chasing them on 19 March. Today is 10 April. They only respond when chased, they don’t update you and their products I purchased are poor (can only reflect the tick prevention gadgets). Refund should have been simple but has turned into a long repetitive process and still no refund.
I would avoid.

I ordered multiple items. One of the items (a set of Frenchmen shooting targets) was never sent (it did not come in the package).
I contacted them by email and never got a response, left a review on the order requested by their system automatically and still nothing... They stole my money.

Shoddy customer service
Ordered a pair of boots, showing as in stock and for immediate delivery. Delivery stated to be 3-5 working days to UK and all orders received by 6pm local would-be dispatched that day.
Ordered on 13th Feb approx 5.10pm Polish time and order accepted and payment taken.
Friday 21st Feb came and went (6 clear working days) and still no sign and order was still saying in fulfillment so I emailed them.
Come home today 23rd Feb to find an email from their customer service guy saying that the system has cancelled my order and I will be refunded.
Question 1 - why has it taken 10 days to decide to cancel a paid for order ? If they truthfully despatch orders received before close of business that day why was I not notified there was a problem on the day or at very least the following day ?
Question 2 - You took my money on the day , it has cleared and you admit you received it so what have you been doing for the last 6 working days to sort my order out or let me know there is a problem ?
Question 3 - Don't just try and ghost me with a throw away email saying "the system cancelled the order". Man (or woman) up, take ownership of your poor service, explain why you cancelled the order - an apology would be nice - and let me know when I'm going to see my money so I can find a more reputable store to by these urgently needed boots . Happy to provide order number.
Interestingly I received the response to my email from customer services saying the system had cancelled my order quite a while before the automated order cancelled email indicating that a member of staff had manually cancelled the order presumably because they had looked into it following my email and realised they had messed up.

Refund lies
Provided faulty item, agreed 30% refund, waited over a month for this to be issued then went back on their word and said only 10% discount can only be offered.
Avoid like the plague, absolute jokers that can't be taken seriously.
Avoid at ALL costs!!!
