I sent emails and never got a reply on my order.
My order with UPS with additional costs, was supposed to be delivered in 24-48 hours.
I never received a response. The tracking code doesn't show any info. I contacted them via email, contact form and Instagram left several messages but with no reply. The customer service doesn't even exist.
Disappointed.

I'm waiting two months for my order M212031 and still didn't receive it, although I paid for the item. Beside that, I'm not getting an answer to my e-mail neither.

Since March 24th we are waiting for our refund. We wrote several times to the company but we did not hear until the moment anything back.

I have bought 3 watches,sunglasses and all have arrived perfectly and super fast, the quality is great and very nice

I am very satisfied with products, I have 2 watches. Both work and look great. And also I would give a high rate to customers service, they responded on all my questions quickly.

I ordered and payed for a watch to be delivered between 24h/48h. Still don't have it and also, the tracking number doesn't work. I even sent an email but got no answer.

The watch i bought from you rusted and you promised me a replacement which has never been delivered

They are a scam. They send a ups tracking number so that you think that the parcel has been shipped but in fact they only create a label with ups without actually giving any parcel. They also dont reply to messages

I have ordered and paid for a smartwatch and sun glasses (ORDER M205890), may I know when will the order arrive my home and do anyone available to reply my Emails that I have been sent to? Your website stated that the shipping time is 3~5 working days but my order has already been almost 1 month from the beginning of March 2021. Hope there will be someone reply to my email and keep in touch with me, also the order can be arrive as soon as possible, thank you so much ~

Last week I placed an order (Order M203388) for a smartwatch. In the meantime, I already received the watch, but it is too big on my wrist.
I would like to know how I should proceed to return it before the 30 days pass in order to return it.
I have already tried to contact you by email and instagram, but I have not received any response.

Do not order from this website, I ordered a watch 2 months ago I never received it, I have asked for a refund I have emailed them several times but they have just ignored me, very unprofessional.

I ordered one watch in december 2020 that I still have'nt recieve yet.

My order is missing for over a month. I have a tracking number which says since Nov 27th just "exported" - practically there is no tracking.
I have send many emails requesting feedback, none of them has been answered.

WORST shopping experience ever!!!

I'm having a really bad experience with them. I bought one clock around 2 weeks ago and even if the courier system tracks the order as received by me, I didn't receive anything yet. I'm sending mail to the Millner customer service but nobody is following me up. They just replied to me once, 4 daysago, asking me to check with the neighbors....ORDER M196544

I sent emails and I didn't get a reply.
1 year ago I ordered a watch for € 19.71 and the order did not arrive nor did they return the money. I will continue to make complaints until they give me a solution. ORDER M176218

I placed an order since April 2020. it's been more than 6 months. No one informs me where my order is. I follow up customer service in Oct 2020 they replied they will check and let me know. Now is Nov 2020 nothing happened.

You tell me for waiting but you don't tell me how long and when.

and I think it's too long. I can't wait anymore!!!
