Very Bad experience. DoNOT FALL VICTIM

I ordered four watches and bracelets since August 2019, up till now it hasn't been delivered, they stopped replying messages and there was no refund. The most disturbing part is they keep placing ads and scamming people of their hard earned money. They need to be stopped.

I haven't received my order

Hi,
I ordered your watches 16.08.2019 and received them (order number M160090).
This order was shipped to my address.
I received my order 3 weeks after and everything was ok.
My next order was at 11.09.2019, order number M165116.
This order I haven't received and its it's already paid.
I'm asking you kindly, to ship me my order as soon as possible on the same address.
Please inform me, when I'm going to receive my order.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, I ordered watches on the 24th of April, order number GB5526, emailed 4 times with no response nor any form of communication of what the status of my order is nor acknowledging my cancelation and refund request. I would advise people NOT to place any orders with Millner.co.

Purchase one watch from their official…

Purchase one watch from their official website and had my shipment lost after waiting for at least 4 months. When asked why is the shipment taking so long, was asked to be patient as it is underway.

Bad customer service as no action was taken after shipment was lost. Had to send countless emails everyday for almost a month before a new replacement was shipped. Ignore refund request as well.

Got my watch after almost 7 months of waiting and chasing for replies. Not worth the effort for a watch.

ORDER GB5595 has not yet arrived since April 28th

I placed an order on April 28th (order GB5595) and until today I still haven't received ir had any more information. Is there a problem? I would appreciate a brief answer since I have already tried to contact the brand and the carrier several times and still have not received any response. At the moment a month has passed and with no information on where the order is.

order a watch since 12/2019

I have order a watch since 12/2019
And i didn’t receive it till now when i asking at the official office what is the reason they replied that there is any information except the tracking number to know for who or where this order should be deliver.
Also i sent many of mails for customer service and also sent messages to instagram page and no one answered me till now , are you take the money from people and don't send the orders as a proper way , i need to refund my order cause .. also the official office will not deliver to me according to the whole missing information for this order!!!!

No responses unless constant spamming

I've placed an order on the 28th of April, on the 29th was supposedly on transit or pickup, impossible to know because there were three different distribution companies associated at the same tracking number.
Two weeks after the order was supposed to have arrived, I started to try to contact the company.
By Facebook not even one response, except on the 27th of April when I asked where I could buy their products.
By Instagram they said the order was on the way and gave me a wrong tracking number that has already been delivered in a different country, only after told me to keep tracking the old one, which hasn't still changed status.
By email, for two weeks, no response. When I started to spam their email and their contact form on the website asking either for my money or products I paid for, they told me to first delete all negative reviews I've made here on Trustpilot and only then they would refund me. After they even told me that if, after I got my money, I was to "defame them or lie on the social networks", they would take a legal action. In that review I talked about the lack of answers from the company.
I deleted my review, and they sent me an email saying the refund has been made on the 22nd of May and it would take 2-3 days. On the 25th the money was back on my account.
All I am doing here is sharing my experience with this company so that current and future possible buyers of the brand can also take into account my experience and opinion.
This company is very good when you are asking how you can buy from them or any other information about the products, but when you want or need any information about an order you've already made, they take too long to give you an answer and you need to be really annoying, for example, I sent constant messages.
Even though I got my money back, it only happened after many times of trying to speak to anyone and consistent spamming, otherwise I almost never would get an answer.
To me, this was one of the most horrifying companies I have ever tried to buy from.
What I'm doing here is not called defame or lying, this is just an unsatisfied customer sharing hers opinion with many other customers to help them decide to either buy from this or any other company. As long as I know, in Europe everyone has the right to share opinions about anything, either good or bad. No brand or company has the right to force someone to delete or change hers/his opinion in order to change its reputation or give customers what's theirs by right (in my case, my money or the products).
In my opinion, this company didn't need to to this since it has very good reviews in the Middle East, but in Europe, almost no one has a good opinion about it. If they are good in Middle East why don't they act the same way here?
It's good for a brand to be consistent in everything they do.

Zero respect to the customer - order not received

I have ordered one watch and two bracelets in December 2019 and until now I have not received them. I contacted the company via email in February and I received the following answer: "We are sorry for the inconvenience, we have been informed that the postal service tried to deliver your order but the delivery failed and your order was returned to the origin. WE CAN SEND YOUR ORDER AGAIN WITH NO COST OR CAN CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR ORDER. Please let us now which option you prefer [....].
First of all, I doubt that they have tried to deliver the products, since there is ALWAYS someone at home and also taking into account that they have never provided a tracking number, although I have asked it for them before and didn't get a return.
In addition to that, I have replied to the email I've mentioned as soon as I received it in March, however the company didn't reply anymore... I have already sent around 5 emails since then, and they just IGNORE them.
It is a complete lack of respect with the customer.
I'll do everything which is my power to tell people NOT to buy from this website.

I have ordered two watches in November…

I have ordered two watches in November 2019, they apparently were delivered by the end of December when I was in my home country for Christmas. When I came back I got an aviso from the post office ( additional 25E customs charge was added) to pick up my watches, however, the package was sent back to the company many days before. They didn´t respond to my mails for months, now I got an email saying I can get my package if I pay the shipping fee again. I asked for a refund but no response.

Please DO NOT buy on that website.

The order took forever to arrive and…

The order took forever to arrive and when it did, one of the items that I purchased got stolen at customs. Two months later you sent me the replacement but it was the wrong one.

No updates on my purchase after more than 2 months of waiting

This is my first time buying from this company and the service is absolutely shocking. I placed an order worth more than 100 dollars over 2 months ago and have not even received my tracking number. I contacted customer service and (Marga) replied said there was a problem with shipment and that one of the watches I had ordered was out of stock. I was told to choose any other product from their website in substitution and that I will receive it in about a week. It has been more than a week and I have not received any reply to the email. That made me contact customer service again but once again there was no reply.

What is the point of having customer service when there are no replies given to customers? I'm also disappointed by the fact that the watch I purchased was not reserved since I placed the order much earlier on 23 Jan when the product was still in stock on the website.

My order number is M183015. Please update me on my order and provide me with the shipping confirmation with tracking number.
