Haven't received my order
After I received a wrong watch from MILLNER CO. they agreed to send me the right one and it's been over a month that I didn't receive my product. In meantime they reported my review on Trustpilot claiming that I didn't have a genuine buying or service experience and that's not true. I don't understand why do I always have problems with them. 😕

Simply shocking. Lack of communication from their 'customer services' was the only consistency the company had. Extremely disappointed and stressful experience that is simply not worth it.

Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered the watch for Christmas and it arrived three weeks later, so ai asked for the refund, they didn’t pay any attention mption to my request. I’ll never order in this web page again and obviously won’t recommend it to anyone.

Simple products with very good taste
So far, I've acquired 3 different watches that have a minimalist style and that are functioning well.
I've also acquired a necklasse thatlooks very nice.
I'm very happy with the quality of the products, so far.
The shipping experience was also very good, except for a delivery that took a while. However, it is understandable, since it was Christmas.
