The 1st time my order came

The 1st time my order came. The second one was on 09/25/2019 i haven't even receive a tracking number but they took my money. Good for you. Never buy from this company plz!!
And none of their mail works

Very bad experience!

Very bad experience!! I ordered 2 watches, after 2 days I received email that my order left and i received tracking number. More than one month they couldn't deliver watches although i paid for delivery within 9 days. After I don't know how many emails and saying sorry they still didn't deliver order. They asked me after month and half to confirm my address which i did and again nothing. Then I wrote again, and again they ask for my confirmation. I told them to return me money. They informed me it will be on my account in 7 days. After two weeks nothing, they don't answer on my emails and not sending money back. I am very disappointed and the service is really bad!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, and it's not over yet! I placed my order in july, till today i didn't receive nothing, I have exchanged many e mails with the customer support which requested a confirmation of the adress (twice), always send me a link to check for my package, that is still in the same place, with the same date. I asked for a refund, but they didn't reply anything, so now I'm starting to investigate if there are some legal ways to report the seller and get my money back. I'm just sorry I haven't read the reviews before....

i orderd watches in June and today is…

i orderd watches in June and today is september and still didnt get my watches. even though i paid fot priority shipping. I paid 100e for watches i didnt get. I wrote them for a couple times, but no serious respond. They send me the same automatic respond every time. If you are thinking of buying any producte here, i suggest not to!

This is way to bad.

This is way to bad.

I bought 9 watches on July 23th (two separate orders).

The watches took a long while to come, as they come from China.

On the first order, there was a watch missing.
Then 3 missing on the second order.

I contacted them the first time August 16th, to their email address "hello" "at" "their name".

I got back an email saying that address is not used anymore, and I should submit a ticked, which I have. They said 48h to get an answer back.

They got back to me much later than that. They took a long while to answer every single email and they entertained me asking for photos of the actually received watches and what not; Of course, I never got the watches or a refund to this day.

Based on this, this sounds like a scammy company.

Okayish customer care, nice cheap watch.

Customer care and communication is very slow and overly difficult. They usually do not address the main message of your email, so you have to keep sending them emails that only get answered days later.

My watch got stuck at exports forever, they told me import customs has it in destination country. Went to the customs, they confirmed it was at exports of source country.

Finally, they sent another one, got the watch two months after purchasing, which after all is not a lot, keeping all the hassle in mind.

The watch itself is very cheap, it is worth the discount price, though, as that is the real price, obviously, they are always on sale...

BOTTOM LINE: It is just a EUR20 watch. You get what you pay for. Looks quite okay for such a cheap watch, though. Do not expect a Breitling.

Had customer service not been bad, I would have given them 5stars, they deliver exactly what you can expect for this price.

The movement has this very old-school ticking sound, like watches my grandfather would have, it is a feature I personally like a lot. Back of the case says it has a Seiko PC32 Quartz movement, which is a cheap but reliable movement, as far as I know.

If you are ready to wait for long weeks and fight customer support if watch gets stuck during delivery, go for it.

UPDATE: I personally highly appreciate that you addressed this review. Great service.
