SCAM..

I ordered and paid for 2 robotic dogs on 22/12/2024. The money was taken. I received a tracking number for Yun Express but it has no information on it. I did pick up off the website that the email address had a spelling error in it. I think this maybe a scam. Thank.you.

The puppies toy is pathetic

The puppies toy is pathetic, it looks and feels hard, not much thought gone into the manufacture of these, they are definitely nothing like what was advertised, given the opportunity I would get my money back, I've seen junk in my lifetime but these take the biscuit, hope this review is well read and stops other people making the same mistake as I did.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered from this company on 12/21/2024 and spent extra for quick shipping. I have emailed this company to follow up and the email came back as an undeliverable email address. But they wasted no time taking the money out of my account. Please don't waste your time or money on this product. A serious lawsuit needs to be placed against this company and they need to be shut down immediately. Everyone who purchased from this company deserves a refund and more.

Deceptive Business Practices Exposed

**A Cautionary Tale: Millow Robotics' Deceptive Business Practices**

As a savvy consumer, I was initially intrigued by Millow Robotics' offer of a "realistic" robot dog for an unbeatable price of £19.99. The website boasted that this lifelike canine companion could walk, bark, and even interact with its surroundings. But, as I delved deeper, I began to question the legitimacy of this "too-good-to-be-true" deal.

**The Initial Red Flag: Unrealistic Pricing**

My first concern was the price itself. £19.99 for a robot dog that's supposedly on par with high-end models that cost upwards of £1000? It seemed like a steal, but I knew better. I've seen similar scams before, where companies artificially inflate prices to make their "discounts" seem more appealing.

**The Cyber Monday Trap**

But what really caught my attention was the "Cyber Monday" sale pitch. The website claimed that if I didn't act fast, the price would skyrocket to £89 the very next day. I was skeptical, so I decided to fact-check. Days later, I revisited the website, and lo and behold, the price was still £19.99. It was clear that the "sale" was nothing more than a clever marketing ploy to create a sense of urgency and manipulate customers into making a purchase.

**I Took the Bait: My Personal Experience**

I'll admit it, I fell for it. I bought one of these "robot dogs" from Millow Robotics, and what I received was nothing short of laughable. The "dog" looked like a 50p toy, with a mop-like head attached to a dog mannequin. The "fur" was literally a mop with fur stuck to it, waiting to shed all over the place. It was hilarious, but also incredibly disappointing. I couldn't believe I had wasted my money on such a ridiculous product.

**The Reality Check**

As I looked closer, I realized that the website's claims were completely exaggerated. The "robot dog" didn't walk, bark, or interact with its surroundings. It was just a cheap, plastic toy with no functionality except just standing there still as a statue with no batteries included even though they said it came with USB cable , SCAM , Fake advertising on Facebook and social media , showing real pictures of dogs NOT robot ones on comments and reviews but you could see it was fake only 2 people posted pictures of the dogs both identical but not quite because it was a real puppy from different family's who cant be exactly the identical , I felt like I had been duped, and I wasn't alone. After researching online, I found many others who had similar experiences with Millow Robotics.

**The Scam Exposed**

Here's the thing: if multiple reviews like mine are posted worldwide, it's likely that Millow Robotics will be shut down. That's why they create multiple websites, making it harder for authorities to track them down. But, if we, as consumers, continue to share our experiences and expose their scams, we can make a difference.

**A Warning to Others**

I'm sharing my experience as a cautionary tale to warn others about the dangers of falling for scams like Millow Robotics. Remember, if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. Always do your research, read reviews from multiple sources, and be wary of companies that use high-pressure sales tactics or make unrealistic claims.

**The Power of Reviews**

I want to emphasize that reviews like mine can make a real impact. If you've had a similar experience with Millow Robotics, please share your story. By doing so, you'll be helping to create a paper trail that can be used to shut them down. And, if you're using Trustpilot, be sure to allow your review to be seen by the company. It's the only way they'll know that we're onto them.

**Stay Safe, Stay Smart**

By sharing my experience, I hope to empower others to make informed decisions and avoid falling prey to scams like Millow Robotics. Stay safe, stay smart, and always prioritize your financial security. Together, we can make a difference and bring these scammers to justice.

Awful. No box, no cable, doesn’t work as advertised

The toy had no box, no cable, no manual. The legs are broken. It doesn’t do what the website says it would. It’s also a tiny toy. The videos on the website are misleading and dimensions are not correct.
It doesn’t run and does not sit. It’s totally disappointing.

It took a month to come. They didn’t respond to my email. I wonder if I can get the money back.
Now email bounce back. ;;((( Scam
