Item never arrived and no refund

I am the same as all the other reviews, its just a scam and is nothing like as described, bought it for my 4 year old granddaughter. I did not give it to her as i feel it is cheap crap with the wool on the body coming away every time you lift it. You cannot get in touch with them as it is not a real email address. You can buy this same toy on e-bay for a fiver, i would advise to avoid this company.

Ordered 2 puppies on 9th December. They have not been delivered. They Donot respond to any emails requesting devilry date or request for a refund. Have emailed 14 times. Website continually states in transit.

I actually wish I could have given 0 star. This is a total scam. It is just a yapping battery operated dog. Just come in a plastic bag and bubble wrap large envelope. You can buy this for around £2.99. You can’t contact them. Had to go through my bank to get money back. And they got the cheek to challenge it. Thankfully I have all the proof that the product is not as described.

No delivery, no response from emails!!
So no refund as cannot hold of them. Not a way for a company to work

Still no puppies arrived I have emailed several times just getting generated message back getting angry now emails not getting through wanted these for Xmas be lucky to get them at all wish I’d looked at these reviews could of saved myself £50

I ordered on December 16th and still no package. The tracking number shows label processed only. I have emailed them several times and no response.

I ordered a Brown Milow on December 12, 2024 and, yes the money was taken, but I still have not received it. I sent a third message today 1/9/25 hoping to resolve this.

I have yet to receive my order. Unable to contact company. BBB will be contacted.

Ordered mine with expedited delivery before Christmas ~ Well Nothing To Date! Sent emails to them & all I got was that it was shipped with NO Date For Delivery?? Absolute BS For Sure!!

Dog arrived well into January despite guaranteed by Christmas delivery.
Doesn't bark, just squeaks.
Doesn't walk forwards
Doesn't sit
Doesn't have rechargeable battery.
Could have bought the same rubbish for about £2.99 at local market.
Wish I'd looked on here first.
Sadly my 12 year old actually likes it (she is desperate for ANY pet) so I couldn't send it back/complain even it it was a real company.
SCAM!!!

oreder on the 21st DECEMBER 2024 money was taken the same day, i also tried to contact the company on the 7th January with no response. still waiting for the robotic dog or money can't reach the company left text messages no reply back . emails are now bouncing back.

I ordered the dogs on 9th December and money is gone from my account. Like others I am still waiting but it looks like a lost cause.

Add me to the LONG list for this website. I ordered the puppy on Dec. 19, 2024. They took my money right away and as of today I still haven't gotten my Milow puppy. I also have tried and failed to reach this company. The 1 useful thing I can offer is that they provide an email address with the extension of @Millowrobotics.com. it is actually @Milowrobotis.com. If you use the latter extension, your email will go through, although they still do not respond. I am heartbroken. I REALLY wanted this puppy!

Good advert but false sub standered product nothing like avertised very cheap and nasty.

Ordered on 12/20/24. No product yet and no contact back

I ordered this puppy Dec.10,2024 as a Christmas present. Needless to say it wasn’t. I’ve contacted the company numerous times but have had no response. As others have said they took my money immediately but I have no puppy. Don’t order this scam. I wish I had researched this before I bought it.

Like most of the reviews, complete mis representation of what you get. No usb, No batteries, no packaging, and the hair is coming off. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. It's terrible!

Do not order from this company. Products when they do eventually arrive are not as advertised. if you try to contact them via email provided, you just get a delivery error email back. I am currently trying to get the money back from my credit card company without success, as I can't easily find out the returns policy etc on their site
