Very good experience
I've had a very good experience with Mindbloom, from the customer service when I had questions about the cost, right through my virtual meetings with clinicians and guides. Everyone has been responsive, professional, knowledgeable. I just finished my 3rd session and already see significant improvement.
Finding Peace w/in & w/o myself. Do this for yourself, it's truly a game changer!
I've begun to feel more awake/aware & more in touch w/what feels like the old me. All the staff & others that I've dealt w/have truly made it to where I feel like I have a backing I've not had in sometime. Still scratching the surface on things w/myself but, this program has truly been an awakening.
Mindbloom has changed my life
Mindbloom has changed my life! It is so thorough and everyone is wonderful and caring, the only regret I have is that I hadn't done this sooner!!
It's just not working for me
It's just not working for me. The dosage was increased, and I felt like I was having a stroke after my third dose. I was really hoping this treatment would help me, but now I'm afraid to continue.

I was treatment resistant and this is helping! :)
It is helping me get to the root of my anxiety and depression (I have already seen a reduction in both). Also with letting go of control, trusting and be open to the process/treatment.
I had 2 good experiences and then on…
I had 2 good experiences and then on the third I took the medicine and had no affect whatsoever.
Music is a bit synthesized
I did better with the nature sounds

This is helpful
This is helpful. A gentle introduction into medicine that deeply relaxes the body and you will always feel in control. No negative thoughts or feelings can harm you as you relax and listen to the mindbloom path you take. Because of the sense of relaxed floating gentle control. Its as though - or if- some depressing feeling or negative thought comes at me it is in slow motion - i am able to turn it into some other pleasing thought or image - or move aside and watch it miss me.
The preparation
The preparation, materials, guide, clinician and support have been amazing. I have gotten relief from the first session.

A life-changing experience, once you are able to begin!
Working with Mindbloom has been a life-changing experience. I have only just begun my journey and plan on diving deeper and deeper into what this service can do for everyday People just trying to improve their routines and cope with the symptoms of difficult and depressing times in their lives. so far my biggest difficulty has been with scheduling but as I go forward and more clinicians become available in my state, it will only become more possible and more accessible to try this service and everything it can do.

I love talking to Katrin
I love talking to Katrin. She is knowledgeable, fun, professional, caring, cute, and gives great advice. Sabrina has very little care and is a little rude, unfortunately. Almost done, do won't need to talk to her again anyways. Positively, I am finally sleeping better again, and out of my same negative obsessive ruminations. Still have whiplash and post concussive symptoms, but feeling much better. I have reduced my antidepressant pill! 🙏 🤲 thanks so much again, as I will do this series every other yr. Transforming for the better, and very interested how I can solidify this mindset and not revert to old ways!
Canned and controlling
Editing my response after the disappointing response I got to my original review. While I think the treatment itself is helpful, the program leaves much to be desired. It feels like Mindbloom has justified an entire platform by creating very basic, overly programmed content that clients are forced to engage with to proceed. This approach feels rigid and canned, making it unsuitable for anyone with different learning styles or a busy schedule, or those working with their own therapist. In my opinion, the program lacks the personalization it claims to offer unless you're willing to pay for more sessions—something I clearly stated was unnecessary in my case.
Mindbloom's response to my review only reinforced my concerns. Instead of addressing the core issue I raised, they pivoted to upselling features like additional sessions and customization options, which, again, I did not find necessary or helpful. They also always bring up data privacy concerns to every negative review, which literally no one ever mentions or has ANYTHING to do with the reviews, which always comes across creepy and dishonest, like a deflection rather than a genuine acknowledgment of feedback.
The reply came across as an attempt to control the narrative rather than listening to a client's honest critique. A request for a review should invite transparency, not a defensive explanation that undermines the client's experience. This has eroded my trust in the company and proven my initial point about the program's lack of flexibility and personalization.
Bad form, Mindbloom.

Great support staff
Great support staff, the clinician, and the guild have been very supportive. I am halfway through the meds, and I think they are working.
I’ve completed my third therapy session…
I’ve completed my third therapy session and I’m starting to feel my intentions take hold. My self criticism has decreased significantly- turning down that negative internal monologue.
Post Third Session Review
I’ve completed three sessions with Mindbloom. Previously I tried intravenous ketamine which I found lacked follow up and integration. It was also in an office setting. Home sessions are more relaxing for me while also having excellent Mindbloom support which includes both intention setting and integration. The medical and coaching people I’ve met with over Zoom are professional and friendly.
1200 mg ketamine, still not great
Even at 1200 mg (the max dosage) ketamine proved to have a very mild psychoactive effect. The dissolvable tablets taste horrible which brings to light why you would want a medication to fight vomiting as well. What really aggravates me about Mindbloom is that they give you the impression that your sessions will be guided by a specialist. My guide specialist talked with me for a few minutes before my first session and then again after the session, not exactly what I would consider guiding. My second session was done without that much interaction, so even less guidance. You can pay extra for more time with your guide if they can find time for you though, so there's that on top of the $400 per session cost. Overall I'm underwhelmed about this service, the only factor that makes it attractive is the fact that you can have the tablets delivered to you to use at home.
