I have cancelled my subscription with these guys 3 times now. They keep reactivating my account and trying to take payment. Luckily I cancelled this at source of payment so they have been unable to get cash but its scary how many people they have done this to and refused to give money back. Also concerning why they have people's payment details still on record despite being asked to delete them.
Its getting frustrating now im having to repeat the back and forth via email with thenlm and to go back in and cancel every couple of months.
The boxes were okay but not worth all this hassle afterwards wish I didn't bother at all with the company.

I have a monthly subscription to the mindful boxes. The products are always of a very high quality. On the one occasion I received an item that wasn’t up to my expectations, the customer service team were very understanding and helpful in addressing the issue quickly by offering me a replacement or a discount on my next boxes. I would highly recommend Mindful Souls!

I always look forward to my Mindful Souls package, it’s exciting to know it’s going to be filled with a surprise, and things that I’ll enjoy. Besides the subscription box, I’ve ordered a few pieces of jewelry, and loved them. I’ll also add, that I’ve had to contact customer service a couple of times, and both times they were excellent, they fixed the issue immediately and we’re super caring about the matter. I recommend this company and their products to anyone that likes crystals, or meditation type items.

Ordered a humidifier lamp, lamp came with a light not working. They will not replace it and only want to refund me 40% of what I paid. Been emailing them and they quit responding. I sent them videos to prove it is not working right. They want me to be satisfied with a defective item.

Terrible service! The monthly subscription box is definitely not worth the cost. You will get DAILY marketing emails and cancelling your subscription is very difficult! STAY AWAY!!!!

my diffuser bracelet lasted less than 3 minutes and snapped whilst i was sitting watching tv mindful soul have made me jump through hoops and are still refusing me a refund or replacement as the law required . firstly i had to send a photo of the broken bracelet ( that's a reasonable request )then they offed me 30 % of my next box i refused and asked for a replacement or refund !! then they offered to refund 10 % i refused . i have had to chase them up every single step of the way for over two weeks . then they asked for a content card (i don't even know what that is or if i got one but i certainly don't have it now ) it old them that and now they are refusing to refund or replace the bracelet until i send them the content card even although i don't have it . they say they don't what bracelet it is that they have to replace . they lied . they have my order and they also have a photo of the broken bracelet. i have no clue why they are going to these lengths to avoid their legal responsibility to replace or refund . they even also quoted their 30 day returns policy to me which we all know doesn't apply to faulty goods . they are attempting to treat me like a mug at the moment and are currently not replying to messages again . i think they hope i will disappear over the cost of a diffuser bracelet . buyers beware of this company their customer service appears to be non existent. update *** i am still waiting *** no offer of refund or replacement just another stupid request to sent a video order no etc they already have all that and are continuing to refuse to deal with this oh and now they are quoting their 30 days return policy which has no legal bearing whatsoever on faulty items **** AVOID AVOID AVOID this company

I really think the Mindful Souls subscription boxes are a good value for the money and it brings me great joy to open one up and discover what's inside. Shipping could be better. I've been subscribing for over a year now and I have had shipping issues more often than not. It takes between 2-3 weeks from the date ordered to arrive and many times it gets stuck somewhere and I have to inquire where it's at to get the shipment moving again. Customer service always addresses the issue in a timely manner and 7-10 days later it arrives. I just wish it didn't happen as often as it does and require as much effort to get my box.

Received my first box. Well, nothing like the offer they showed. I was expecting the 12 bracelets and Oracle cards, instead I got a post card with a mantra, a rose quartz wand crystal, a poorly made bracelet and a cheap looking necklace. The box was much smaller than I expected too.
I have tried their automated system to return and cancel the subscription and it is hasn't been answered. I emailed requesting cancellation and return which apparently is being sent you someone higher up the chain. I looked at the FAQ's too and it says you can manage your subscriptions. Well, I certainly am unable to cancel it . I have gone through every button and taken screen shots each time so I cannot cancel it. I am getting cross now. I don't want the box I can spend that amount at my local crystal store and get a lot more.
I am really not feeling peaceful, mindful or anything else that should be making me feel positive.
Think carefully before going it. I love my crystals, and mantras and I thought this was going to be fantastic but it isn't. Great idea but not so much on the items within or communicating with them. If they take any more money I will be fuming.
It isn't easy to cancel. It has active by the side but if you press that it goes onto another screen. The "chat to us" leaves you hanging, the "bot" did "not" want to chat at all.
