For some reason delivery took longer than expected, but customer services were very apologetic and helpful when I enquired about where my package of wallpaper samples had gotten to. Ordered15 March and the samples arrived today 8 April. But it didn't matter as I'm not in a rush to make the decision. Now that the samples have arrived I know I'll have a tough time deciding which to get because they're all gorgeous! Really love these patterns!

Very poor product and customer service regarding wallpaper. Their luxury papers come in 3 metre lengths rather than 10 metre rolls. These unusual lengths mean that even though there is loads of waste paper, there isn't enough to match in. I needed just one more 3 metre length to complete a wall but Mind the Gap refused to sell that to me and insisted I pay for a whole roll at £219 per roll. Poor quality product and company.

Great print and customer service. Found on another site but wouldn’t send samples. So I went right to the source and got my samples. They were just what I needed to see and decide on purchase.

Ordererd from the Netherlands. Delivery was on time. Contact with servicedesk was also good! Great wallpaper!

DONT BUY WALLPAPER!!! After being professionally applied, began shrinking and peeling immediately with instructions being followed exactly. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

I purchased 3 rolls of the procession wallpaper £219 per roll. Having been professionally hung there is colour loss in 2 areas. Mind the Gap have advised ‘ink residue may come off when the wallpaper is first cleaned. However this not affect the actual colours in the design or the quality of the material’
What BS, surely this product is not fit for purpose

As a trade customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received from Mind The Gap.
Firstly, the team at Chelsea Harbour Design Centre did not have the necessary information to deal with any basic enquiries. At the time that I placed my fabric order, via their website, they only had a mobile number for their showroom at the centre, although I have noticed that they have now installed a phoneline!
Later in the process, when not receiving an estimated day of arrival, I was told that they do not have a tracking system and were unable to say what had happened to my order on the road.
Payment was made via a link that I was sent and took 48 hours to clear in their account during which time I received a further invoice, this payment was for a large amount and the non-confirmation was quite stressful.
All enquiries regarding my order had to be emailed to their head office in Romania, the response to these was frustratingly slow usually around 48 hours, in addition to this their replies frequently did not answer my questions.
The shipping costs are very high, I requested express shipping and was charged £116.00 for this.
However, despite paying for this service and impressing the need for a timely delivery, my order took 3 weeks to arrive and this lateness has resulted in my being unable to fulfill the deadline for the completion of the job.
I have been told that I will receive a refund for the express shipping, although I would have preferred that it had arrived in sufficient time.
As my delivery was sent to me directly from Romania, I was nominated as the importer in this instance and had the responsibility of customs clearing myself, dealing with both HMRC and FedEx independently. I was not informed at any stage that this would be the case.
Normally a fabric company would have a UK based head office to answer enquiries and take orders over the phone with a warehouse stocking their fabrics.
If orders are to be coming from Romania, an estimated time of delivery should be given at the point of order to give the customer the choice of either proceeding with the order or choosing something elsewhere. Customs clearance should be the responsibility of the company and not the customer.
From my experience it has been clear that this company do not have the necessary systems in place to meet the demands of trade customers in the UK.
They also certainly do not meet the expectations of trust and service that a showroom in Chelsea Harbour Design Centre affords.
I will not be using this company in the future.

Very fast shipping and the fabrics that I ordered looked exactly how described on the website.

Beautifull wallpaper, finely wrapped and very quick shipping. All was fine.

I HAVE BOUGHT SAMPLES BUT BECAUSE OF THE PRINT INSIDE I COULD NOT SEE THE ALL SAMPLES;
SO I COULDNOT IMAGINE HOW IT COULD BE ON MY WALL AND I HAD TO CHOOSE ANOTHER BRAND

Received my order quick, very well packaged, all fine. Beautiful printed fabric, I am very happy with it.

Didn't receive sample of wallpaper I ordered and paid for. In the end I got it from Jane Clayton Wallpapers. Not a large sum of money so haven't bothered to claim it back as probably going to be a lot of hassle.
