My discovery set came broken. Several glass vials are completely broken. I sent an email to Mine but not sure it was received as I haven’t received a response. What can be done to fix this?!?!

Love the scent of Oud! Vessevo is also a favorite.

Well, I just received my discovery set. My first purchase, but I already know this is going to be a long relationship. I have only tried 2 of the 10 fragrances and I love them. St. Incense took me back to memories of my father burning it, and the Absolute Santal is so, yummy. I can not tell you how many perfumeries I have tried. I have been in search for "MINE" fragrance for a while now and I think I just found it! Lovely.

I ordered this and it was here in less than a week from Italy. I always like the smell of patchouli so I decided to spurge and buy a a sampler pack that included it. Upon its arrival I applied the fragrance and it was absolutely amazing! I start a new job and I'm going to apply a different fragrance everyday and see what kind of results I get until I find my fragrance that I will stick with. Thank you Mine, You're doing a great job and the expedited shipping was awesome! Looking forward to doing more business in the future.

Loved the entire experience with Mineperfumelab. The presentation and packaging were beautiful, and the personal touch—especially the photo and seal on the package—made it feel really special.

I absolutely love the Santal fragrance I received. It rivals, if not surpasses, my Tom Ford Santal Blush, which really impressed me.

I ordered the Patchouli more out of curiosity, and while it is lovely and not at all that typical “hippie” nag-champa incense scent, it’s not something I would personally repurchase. I’d be more inclined to explore other scents in their collection.

I live in Arizona, and my package arrived at the start of our hot summer. The bottles were a bit warm when I opened them, which initially made me concerned about spoilage. However, after wearing both fragrances, they’ve performed beautifully with no issues.

Overall, a fantastic experience—I’m definitely looking forward to ordering again.

Love the patchouli. The delivery instructions werent helpful and customer service took quite a while to respond. But I did eventually find my order and it does smell amazing.

I have now ordered 2x and Vesevo as well as Shamrock are my 2 favorite scents. I started with the sample sets which helped me understand what worked and what didn’t with my skin. Start small and figure out what works for you before investing in bigger bottles. Shipping took about 3-4 wks to the US. Overall, I’m pleased with the products offered.

Gorgeous perfumes,prompt delivery , scents reminds me of gardens, thank you and very safe and protected packaging. Perfumes last all day and are deep and unusual.

Terrible packaging shipped from Georgia United States. Sold as from Italy. Two sample bottles were sent inside a little paper bag one of them broke and leaked all over inside the package. Over $100 cost for the cologne yet it was inside a cardboard carton the resembled a fast food beverage holder. The box it was shipped in was far too large for what was being shipped and there was nothing inside the packaging to prevent the glass bottles from breaking. This is being sold as premium and is anything but. Buyer beware , what a scam. I bet this is 99% alcohol because there's no scent that lasts longer than a few seconds and it's terrible. Completely disappointed. Did I mention this shipped from the United States and not Italy what a scam.
Notice the poor packaging, failure to secure the items and damaged product was not addressed in the reply. Just a "logistics/customs" excuse for why it ships from the United States, it's some scam artist in Georgia. It's poor quality and you can tell the labels on the bottle were made in a home office printer. I want a refund and to return this garbage. Address that.

Fantastic experience and top notch quality.

I tried several samples of their EDP. They smell great and last all night. Shipping was fast and the packaging was very cool.
