I have been completing surveys for Mingle for some time. I find it frustrating some times when I start a survey and then get kicked out. This happens often and although I get a couple of points for the trouble.

great varied survery and intresting with a great reward

I find the most of the surveys are easy to complete but some i have found get most of your answers then decide the surveys are either full or not required then you get no points and if you haveca vpn on your router the surveys wont load unless you go to your router settings to switch it of on the whole nearly all surveys are ok with the settings i would recommend mingle because one you have collected enough points they give you a large selection of what you can use them on and you do have someone you can reach out to if you encounter any issues either with the surveys or the redemption of your points give it a try you have nothing to loose but a lot to gain from your unused time with mingle surveys

Very good surveys and get rewarded.

Mingle used to be a reasonable survey site, but more recently, I seem to be ineligible to take part in the surveys. I can only assume it is because of my age, as I am now retired.

An excellent survey site. The surveys are always interesting and relevant and the points soon add up. Periodically you get invited to test products which is an added bonus

Worth doing the surveys as points soon add up. Only critisism is that sometimes you have completed quite a bit of the survey and then told you dont qualify, but overall a good company.

I dont get many surveys and I have never had anything to test.

I used to receive offers on a regular basis but now they are few and far between. I have updated my details to ensure more relevant surveys but I am usually kicked off due to age. When I do qualify I am sometimes kicked off after completing most of it and rewarded with 2 points!!

Good survey company 👍

This used to be a good and responsive company. However since December it appears they have fired/lost their entire customer service department. I have half a dozen queries (the surveys are now increasingly buggy and require frequent customer service intervention) outstanding since December.

Previously you'd get a response within a couple of days at most. Now? You get nothing. And given how often the surveys break/fail/don't give you the points, the site is only workable if customer service exists to intervene.

If things don't change soon (like maybe getting off your backsides and ACTUALLY RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER QUERIES) then I'd recommend never ever signing up with these people.

Its great if you qualify for the surveys. I did well to start with and it wasnt long before I had enough points to cash in for a voucher which I was super happy for. But sometimes you just get a couple of points because you dont qualify but it is great you still get something. Some surveys are repetitive. Im happy so far and will carry on using the app for now.
