Great service

Great experience

Communication, reservation and the transport were great. We were 4 persons with 3 suitcases and hand luggage and we got very spacious van. The driver was very friendly and we felt safe in his vehicle. He was 22 minutes late, but the fault was the previous customer's problem. Overall great experience, thank you.

Unprofessional and rude customer support

Unprofessional, rude, threatening customer service, after they lied several times over the phone about arrival time, payment options. The application is useless, showing random changes in arrival time, which had nothing to do with traffic, as it turned out later, jsut they lied to admit, that there was no driver available at that point. This was the first and last time ive used their services.

excellent service from Euston to our hotel near Heathrow. Our lovely driver Gabor was super friendly and helpful and great with the kids - would definitely recommend this route over taking the tube with suitcases and children!

Excellent Service! Will book again.

This is the first time we used Mini Cab Ride. They picked us up from our cruise in Southampton and took us to London Heathrow. They were early for pick up. The driver was excellent and friendly. The car was comfortable.
We will definitely book them again!

Better than we expected and very efficient booking and service

I was really pleased to be able to book via WhatsApp whilst I was abroad on holiday. The person with whom I was chatting was excellent and took all the details. We had been rerouted to avoid Dubai problems and were coming in to a different airport than expected.
When we arrived at Heathrow, our driver was waiting even though our flight was 40 minutes early. He helped with our luggage and took us to his luxury E Class Mercedes. We were exhausted from over 30 hours’ travel and slept most of the way to Stansted.
Our driver was excellent and had offered to take us right to our car in the Long Stay car park, so talked to the car park attendant to get us through the barrier, followed our directions to find our car, and put our luggage in the boot. Wonderful service. Would use them again.

Biggest scam company

Biggest scam company, they tell you can book a cash booking for airport runs then when they are meant to arrive they don't show up and ask you to transfer money so they can secure your cab - used Bolt instead and was much cheaper and more efficient.
