Reliable and quick

The driver was early and got us to the station safely. However, it sounds like something happened with scheduling, where he didn't know he was to pick us up so early until 4 AM that morning. He called the dispatcher and had the conversation with us in the car. I think maybe he should have waited until after we had left, but it sounds like he was put in a bad position.

These guys where absolutely amazing had…

These guys where absolutely amazing had my first experience of booking them from belfast to pick us up at Luton airport to drop us to the westend on time and very efficient and where very reasonably priced so I used these guys for every taxi from goin to the o2 and collecting us again then again we booked for our return to the airport. again on time polite and very helpful we will always be booking with this company on my return to london 😀 ❤️

Rude, insulting and unsafe driver wouldn't stop talking

The driver interrupted a private conversation my family was having about politics and insisted on giving his opinions. I asked him several times to stop and just drive us as he was hired to do, but he wouldn't stop arguing and giving his opinions while driving. When I eventually told him I would leave a bad review, he said, and I quote verbatum "I don't give a shit about your review".

I also wasn't impressed with his driving skills as he didn't turn his head to check his blind-spots, relying on his side mirrors which is the cause of many accidents.

If you want to get in an argument with a rude cab driver as you begin your stressful international travel, this is the place to call!

We take complaints regarding driver conduct and safety very seriously, as providing a professional and comfortable service is extremely important to us.

We have spoken directly with the driver involved, who is a long-standing, highly rated professional with over 36 years of driving experience. He has provided the following account of the journey:

He states that he remained professional throughout the trip and accommodated an additional hotel pickup in Oxford that was not originally included in the booking, without requesting any extra payment. During the journey, he explains that he was questioned about his driving speed and advised that he was travelling below 70mph. He responded that he was driving cautiously due to traffic conditions. He also notes that he has driven over one million kilometres without any at-fault accidents.

Regarding the conversation, the driver states that a discussion was initiated about poverty compared to a hundred years ago, and that he made a brief comment in response. He indicates that he did not intend to interrupt a private discussion and was responding to remarks directed toward him. He further states that upon arrival at Terminal 5, luggage was removed in a way that resulted in a scratch to his vehicle.

As you can see, there are differing accounts of the events that took place. While we cannot independently verify the full details of the conversation, we would like to sincerely apologise if you felt uncomfortable or that your request to limit conversation was not respected. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

We will be reminding all drivers that if a passenger indicates they prefer a quiet journey, that request must be respected immediately and without further discussion. Passenger comfort is paramount.
