Awful company. Service is worse than poor.
Incompetent, rude and arrogant staff
Numerous complaints upheld and paid out compensation for their faults.
Numerous complaints upheld by the legal ombudsman.
Absolute jokers.
Don’t use them at all. Refuse them if your insurance company recommends them to you.

Poor shownall round
Poor all round. I was clipped by a lorry as he encroached into my lane. Minster law arranged for me to have a medical assessment to which the doctor said a minimum of 6 months prognosis at which point minster law stopped my physio and im getting worse. I’ve also had to send back the medical report 3 times so far due to errors. Poor show.

Mareya, Awesome advisor that deserves recognition!!
Minster law itself has been a nightmare!! This minor claim is going to take at least 3 yrs before completion and Im losing the will to live!!! HOWEVER....there has been a little shining light!!!! Her name is Mareya and she goes above and beyond!!! She covers everything that you need to Know, she stays on the phone until your query is fully dealt with....shes doesnt try to hide from you so you cant get back in touch with her, she doesnt dodge your calls and she is so polite, pleasant and utterly respectful!! This advisor is the type that makes a business look good, the type that usually gets forgotten, overlooked and rarely is given the commendation she very much deserves! Had it not been for this advisor my claim would still be months behind. Thank you MAREYA for all your help and for actually progressing my claim. You have the attitude and personality that customer service is desperate for. I wish you well and hope that your dedication and hard work is noticed and rewarded.

No fault motorcycle accident
We spent 3 1/2 years with Minster law. A lovely team headed by Brendan Lowe. They were very diligent, patient and produce a volume of medical evidence for a personal injury claim for an RTA which had a very positive outcome. I would happily recommend their services.
