STOLE MY MONEY

STOLE MY MONEY. Sent me unusable items that didn't match in colour or pattern. What really bothers me is that I emailed their support email multiple times hoping to work out a solution, they'd respond to the first email and then ghost me. This happened multiple times over months of me attempting to correspond. At this point, they've essentially stolen hundreds of dollars from me.

Poor quality

Update October 2023. I do not recommend this company or its products.

The communication initially was great. The covers arrived and were damaged within days from the poor quality. I emailed the company twice with photos asking for a refund, and have heard nothing back. I have messaged through Facebook so am waiting for a response...
Update: I received an email stating that for a refund for a damaged product I had to get in touch within 7 days (considering the item didnt arrive damaged, it got more and more damaged from use, I find this policy doesn't fit), but they are happy to send a replacement. I have requested something better quality but will provide an update when it is sorted.

Update: message sent to miracle sofa after their response.
I have already provided my order number and details to get this sorted and I have heard from noone until you commented on my review. The covers have been thrown out as they're not even in a good enough condition to donate. And no, we do not treat our sofa poorly so it is not from customer misuse. Very disappointed

The quality of material is subpar you can literally see through it. They claim that it protects from spills as long as you wipe up the spill right away or better yet not have liquid near the sofa. And they lie about their risk free guarantee. They will not refund your money.

**UPDATE**
Now they are trying to blackmail me. They will only give me a refund IF I remove my review!

Stay as far away from this company as possible. BUYER BEWARE

I am so impressed with the customer…

I am so impressed with the customer service from Charlie at Miracle Sofa! I had read excellent reviews about the sofa covers provided by this company and ordered 2 with pillow covers for our RV. Charlie, the most wonderful customer service representative, assisted in ensuring I measured correctly to fit my sofas and has been extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire ordering and delivery process. When I received my covers, unfortunately the color didn’t appear to be representative of the photo on the company’s website and didn’t match our color decor. I reached out to Charlie and he had me select a different set of sofa covers and ensured that they will be delivered to me as soon as possible! I have had a wonderful experience with Miracle Sofa and am so grateful to Charlie! I would highly recommend this company.

Very helpful customer service agents

I had a very good experience with the customer service department for miracle sofa. I had ordered one patterned couch cover but the colours were not true to how it looked online and was pretty ugly in person. I wanted to return it for another, but instead they let me keep the cover and I got to receive another cover, only having to pay shipping!

Unfortunately they were unable to help me with my oddly shaped couch. But instead of sending me something that wouldn't work Charlie told me right up front that he couldn't help me. I find it very refreshing to find an honest sales person who was honest and didn't waste my time!

Honestly

Honestly, I would never recommend buying from this company. The product is awful and produces a residue that is tough to clean off of furniture. I emailed customer service who took weeks between each email to get back to me and they stated over and over that I needed to put the covers back on my furniture to receive a refund.

I wished I’d read the reviews further prior to purchasing. I would never recommend and if my customer service experience were better, that would have changed a lot.

I am revising my star rating and providing additional information after receiving the response from seller. I did receive an email very soon after the response stating that my emails had been sent to spam and were since located. The customer service team ended up providing a full refund and I was not made to send the product back. I am very appreciative that the company reached out and made it right. They also admitted to the mistake and apologized profusely.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I emailed Miraclesofa within the 30 day refund policy and was not issued a refund.

We got a new couch and tried our miraclesofa cover on it again. According the website the dimensions should fit both couches however it is extremely see through and terrible quality. Might as well use a bed sheet and not pay $60.

Customer service is useless and would not issue refund even though its their policy too.

I do not not recommend this product or business.

I found that you ordered a one piece sofa cover only for your L-shaped sofa which is not the ideal case. Since you have an L-shaped sofa, you need to get 2 separate covers in the correct sizes (e.g. 2-seater cover + 3-seater cover) to cover the whole sofa.

Do Not Buy!

We purchased sofa covers for a custom U-shape sectional. We followed all the measuring instructions to a tee. We tried several times and different ways but the covers still didn’t fit. We contacted their customer service to request a refund and was told to send pictures and that they would get back to me. From November 22, 2021 until January 10, 2022, many emails went back and forth. They finally agreed to refund one smaller cover but not the other small cover or the large cover because we didn’t send them pictures of those sections showing that the cover doesn’t fit. So on January 10th, we sent pictures of the large sectional and explained that the 3rd section is identical to the first section we sent. After following up a couple of times, they replied on January 22nd to advise that they are following up with their fulfillment team. Since then, we have followed up 3 more times. We still haven’t had the courtesy of a reply or received any refund for the one cover they agreed to refund. Our next step is to start an investigation with our financial institution. This has been the WORST online purchase experience ever and we do A LOT of online shopping. There’s no way a product like sofa covers can be guaranteed to fit 100% unless you try it. If a company doesn’t give refunds for items that don’t fit, STAY AWAY! If we had done a little bit of research on this company, we would never have purchased anything. If we could give a negative stars review, we would.

We were disappointed but MiracleSofa made it right (edited review)

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
We are very disappointed. The items that arrived are a significantly different tone of the color palette shown on the website. We contacted Miracle Sofa several times before getting responses. When we did they kept saying they were reviewing it, asking for photos of labels, etc. Their message read “ I apologize it took long for the response, but the product team responded that the pictures on the website are a bit embellished color, is a very normal phenomenon, and they do not provide a refund on this.”
So they openly admit to falsely advertising their product, give you the run around and then don’t provide refunds. Buyer be ware!

EDIT:
Changing our review from 1 star to 4 stars because after reading our review, MiracleSofa reached out and gave us a full refund. We're happy that their customer support eventually made it right.

Good quality but didn’t work for my set up

I have an oversized sectional and nothing on Amazon would work. I gave MiracleSofa a try since they had a cover larger than anything I could find. The cover fit lengthwise but not the width. The fabric was soft and the quality was good. The light gray has a blue hint to it but that wasn’t a huge problem. I requested a refund. They requested pictures to make sure they couldn’t help any further and it was determined that it wasn’t big enough so they sent me a refund. Overall good experience. If they had individual cushion and seat covers I would buy them so I hope they consider making them in the future.
