Really Bad: Manufacturing and company location are not viewable on website, nor is returns location clear. You have to pay to ship returns. Company location is Singapore. Shipping from US to Singapore is astronomical. This should be disclosed prior to purchase.

Products are incredibly soft and fit like a glove. Very happy with both. Customer service is the best I've come across. They were in constant contact with me and got in contact immediately when emailing them will questions everytime. Very pleased.

10/10 would not recommend
I tried to leave this review on their website, but it keeps getting denied, probably because they only want the 4 and 5 star reviews to bring in business. That being said, don’t waste your money. It is not spill proof and does not protect against stains or spills. It’s so thin I can see my hand on the other side. That being said, I ordered 4 of the same colored (grey) covers for my sectional, all of which came in different shades of grey - dark grey, light grey, and every color in between. None of them matched. And it was very very difficult to put on our couch. They all had pre-made seams that required it to fit a certain way on a certain couch, and for a sectional, that’s not ideal. It’s not a one-size-fits-all cover.
I reached out to customer service and they responded quite quickly, but after asking for a refund, they never responded. After a month, I reached out again and still did not hear anything. Poor customer service, trash product, and I do not recommend purchasing form them.

Good news bad news
Product is great for spills and crumbs and it’s an easy clean but it does not protect against cat claws like it says it does. My couch is still damaged from my cats claws. Oh well, it’s still a decent product.
Reply to MiracleSofa: the sofa UNDERNEATH the cover is damaged too. I bought the heavy duty one that says it would protect my sofa against cat claws and it doesn’t. Sofa underneath is still being damaged.

If your pet is used to sleeping on your sofa, our covers will protect the sofa underneath from excess hair and dirt. However, if you have a pet that attacks, scratches or bites the sofa covers or has very sharp claws, our soft stretchy universal sofa covers will be unable to handle this.

Overall happy with my purchase
It came earlier than expected, I ordered the 3 seater cover, and while it is nice and soft, it’s barely fits on my couch, i can’t even tuck it in because there’s just not enough fabric. It fits a little too small on my couch. Other than the size being a little small, it’s great!
Edit. After talking to customer service, my couch 3 cushion was actually too big to fit the cover miraclesofa provided
So they upgraded me to a bigger size, for 10 extra dollars.

Finally a online company with great customer service
I waited almost two weeks and my order still hadn't shipped, I emailed customer service and they replied straight away. They explained why there was a delay and offered me a discount. My order shipped two days later and I'm really happy with the service I received.

Amazing fabric and color. Really how you see in the pictured presentations.
Too soft and stretchable enough.
I did get a bigger size too just in case n both work! The only thing is the shipment was late, but it was worth every penny.

After waiting over a month to receive…
After waiting over a month to receive them, these are not as all as they are pictured. The fabric was pink and did not match what was online. We tried to install them and they did not even come close to looking good. They ended up in the trash on day one. I would definitely not recommend these.
Update: Customer Service ended up really helping me out and they went above and beyond

A+ customer service!
The customer service was great. We bought a sofa cover, and it fit our couch ok, but we ended up not liking the way it looked with the rest of our decor. I emailed customer service to ask about a refund and they were really easy to work with, very polite, and issued a full refund for the cover. I can’t speak to the quality of the cover, but the fabric felt soft and it did fit our couch. But the customer service was excellent. Thank you!
