Excellent customer service!

My initial order didn’t quite meet my expectations due to the covers not fitting properly due to having bulky couch cushions. However, the customer service and recommendations quickly remedied the problem and they offered replacement of the order at a greatly discounted price! They were very kind, courteous and helpful! We also love our new couch covers and so do our pets! I highly recommend!

An update I am very pleased with the outcome and will be waiting for the correct order to arrive.

I had ordered a complete set of couch and love seat covers and my daughter had measured incorrectly... I had misplaced the shipping information and reached out to leave and email... Good quality, fast shipping, and great customer service

I love my new slipcover, it's not perfect, but I can't complain due to its cheap price. A friend of mine gave me a cushy love seat and I know I needed to slap a cover to it. I took the chance on this company after I chat with them. They were very responsive and really friendly people. I buy things mostly cause of the customer service. I'm a dinosaur. I am surprised that there are small companies with top notch customer care that can compete with the big brand names out there.

I wish I'd read the reviews first🤦
I purchase 2x2 seater covers, they arrived in a decent amount of time but fit terribly, they were packaged in a plastic bag with no company labelling or logo etc & came with no instructions just a small sticker with Asian writing. I emailed about the instructions & they promptly emailed back with a link to a video tutorial so we followed that & still a bad fit. I emailed them about this & after back & they convinced me to try the bigger ones AND wanted to charge me more money but I refused to pay more. When these arrived there was only 1 not 2 & they were way too big, too much excess fabric that didnt tuck in properly. I emailed them for a refund as they are clearly poorly made & they tried to negotiate a 60 then 80% refund, I refused & said I wanted a full 100% refund & I've heard nothing since except a survey about this guy's customer service. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA IF I'M GETTING A REFUND

Exceptional Customer Service

I ordered 2 Miraclesofa covers in the camel color, and both covers arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, 1 of the covers did not fit, but my experience with their customer service team was exceptional. They responded quickly and helped me to pick out a larger cover. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future. The cover itself is soft and sturdy, and the color looks just like the stock photo. Thanks, Miraclesofa!

What A RIP OFF!! NEVER ORDER THESE COVERS

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS EVER! This is a joke! Waited about 5 to 7 weeks for my order to be sent out and recieved at my home. When I ordered it said 2 piece. I only got 1 piece to start the issue. Email customer service all about the issue they want measurements of the couch, and pictures of the couch with the cover on and off my couch but I only have 1 cover for my 2 piece couch although I ordered 2 pieces. Don't take returns keep trying to make me buy another for 30 percent off which I'm not because it should of came with 2 pieces which I ordered together. These people are horrible! It's like something that looks like a king size blanket to cover couches. They wont even exchange if it doesn't fit or to big. Now I'm stuck with a 50 cover that doesn't fit my couch and can't get my exchange or return.

Outstanding customer service

I received the covers in a timely manner and although the quality is great it didn't meet my expectations with the shape of my sofa. I wish to thank Miracle sofa's outstanding customer service for their understanding and professionalism in arranging the refund/return process!

Great quality, awesome patterns for younger people

I ordered 2 sofa covers for an IKEA couch that is an odd shape. The fabric is stretchy and super soft, the colors are bright and I couldn't be happier. I had to reach out to customer service and their response was almost immediate and they made sure all my questions were answered. I will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I only wish I had read reviews other…

I only wish I had read reviews other than on their website. They sent the wrong pattern, and it didn't fit after waiting for more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. They offer no more than a 50 % refund; although, they are allowing me to keep it. Big deal as I have no use for it. Also the blue background was 2 different colors of blue. Very disappointed with whole transaction.

Not worth the money

Not worth the money. I purchased my sofa cover for a small L-shaped sectional couch and it did not fit at all. Apparently I needed two pieces. The pictures and information on the website are misleading. If you have a sectional couch do not use this website for covers; If you do, you will need two separate covers. These covers are for regular love seat and 3-4 seaters. However, customer service was helpful and caring. I only received a 50 % refund for a mistake I didn’t make but I was surprised to get such a quick response. In response to miracle sofas reply, their covers will for a sectional that separates. Unfortunately mine does not separate so miracle sofa can not provide what I need. If you have a sectional sofa, make sure it is one that separates.

DO NOT PURCHASE from Miracle Sofa

DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased a three-seater sofa cover and the product description guaranteed a perfect fit. Lo and behold-- it wasn't even close. The product came with foam "anchors" which are meant to be tucked into the cushions in the back so the cover fits snugly. The cover itself wasn't even big enough to fit around the whole sofa, let alone to allow for extra material to tuck in with the anchors. We do NOT have an oversized sofa; it's a three-seater from Albany Park. When I contacted customer service, they said my only option was to order a new one for additional costs because I would have to pay the international shipping charges (to China) to return the product. What a waste of time and money. I should have (and will) buy American-made products only in the future. This company's customer service is extremely poor and they better take a look at their competitors if they want to survive much longer.
