Disgusting

Disgusting, I go on holiday it throws me out for the first time. I try everything to get back in and cannot speak to anyone. The authentication app keeps saying unavailable at this time, plus it doesn’t text my mobile the code. I am in the mids of all my health stuff being discussed and appointments etc. How can I just be left like this when it’s a problem on Microsoft’s side not mine. You won’t accept my id now I’m back in my home country. I have had this account since school! That’s over 20 years! I suggest you fix the problem. Meant to be the leaders in tech. Leaving me going around in circles for your system that don’t work or is constantly unavailable! So helpful, not.

Microsoft is on the downslope

Microsoft is on the downslope. Desperate for revenue, they have now become a data broker. The name of the latest revenue-generating software, "Recall", is the most ironic name they could find. "Recall" means that manufacturers call on customers to return a faulty product. And Microsoft /is/ a faulty product.
