I was so impressed by both the customer service, and the quality of the mirror that I received!! Quick summary: I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality mirror, handled with care, and if you have unique circumstances (e.g. around when you can get it delivered), their customer service was truly amazing.
I had a query about delaying delivery and they replied so promptly and warmly every single time, often within an hour or so, and helped me work around my unique (and up-in-the-air, mid-move!) circumstances. Every email, every communication was handled with such professionalism and made me feel like they were genuinely trying to help make it work for me and my individual situation. The delivery was also seamless. The accurate tracking system that followed the location of the van meant that I knew exactly where the delivery driver was, and so could prepare for his arrival. He carried the large mirror up the narrow stairs into my flat, and placed it in my room of choice. And when I unboxed it I was BLOWN AWAY by how gorgeous it was!! It is exactly what I was hoping for in my new property, and I can confidently say that the quality really does speak for itself. I shared a photo on my instagram, and I had numerous people emphatically message me to ask where I had got it from, because they were in awe as well! I know the mirrors may seem a bit expensive - but compared to other companies (for the size), it's very reasonably priced in my opinion, and they seem to have seasonal sales that can sometimes make an already good-value deal even better. In my case, a sale allowed the mirror to actually fall within my budget, so it worked out perfectly!! I would confidently recommend this company to anyone. From their personal care for their customers, to the quality of the product, they have done brilliantly :)

Your order was placed on 15 January with free standard delivery, which has a delivery timeframe of 6–15 working days.
On 28 January, you contacted us requesting an update. We responded the same day asking for your order number, as no order details were included in your initial email. You replied later that day. As this was a general enquiry and still within the stated delivery timeframe, our standard customer service response time of 1–2 working days applied.
On 30 January, you chased the update and we responded promptly, confirming your scheduled delivery date and time slot, which fell within the standard delivery window. As part of our standard process for large items such as mirrors, we asked you to confirm that someone would be available to accept delivery, as these items cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour unless arranged in advance.
We did not receive a response, so we sent a reminder email on 2 February, the day before delivery. When we still did not hear back, we attempted further contact the same day via phone call, left a voicemail and sent a text message, followed by an additional text advising the time by which confirmation was required, as our in-house delivery team was loading the vehicle. As no confirmation was received, we sent a final email explaining that we were unable to proceed with the delivery as scheduled due to the lack of confirmation.
We believe we made significant and reasonable efforts to contact you across multiple communication channels and dates. As we were unable to confirm an alternative delivery date, and it is not sustainable to dispatch a delivery driver without confirmation that someone will be present, a full refund has now been processed.
We are disappointed that you feel this way and regret that this situation could not be resolved differently. We do, however, welcome any future orders from you and would be happy to assist again should you choose to shop with us.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Mirrors of London. Hannah was outstanding when it came to customer service — truly caring, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to make sure the delivery was organised properly and arrived at the right time for me, which I really appreciated.
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a brilliant experience with customer service and communication before. Everything was clear, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish.
The mirror itself is amazing — exactly as shown in the pictures, with great quality and beautiful craftsmanship. On top of that, the delivery person was very polite and professional, which made the whole experience even better.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I ordered a mirror online and unfortunately it arrived broken. I contacted the company and they handled it perfectly — they replaced the mirror and delivered a new one the very next day with no hassle at all.
The delivery driver was also a great guy — very friendly, helpful, and professional, which really made a difference.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this was dealt with was outstanding. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
