Lovely mirror, can’t fault it. Took a while to come but that’s ok as they do their own deliveries. It turned up earlier than communicated on the day but otherwise faultless. Great value for such a lovely mirror.

Great service! Mirror was hand delivered and put in the bedroom of choice.
It does take a couple weeks for delivery however it’s definitely worth it! Very happy with the mirror.

I was so impressed by both the customer service, and the quality of the mirror that I received!! Quick summary: I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality mirror, handled with care, and if you have unique circumstances (e.g. around when you can get it delivered), their customer service was truly amazing.
I had a query about delaying delivery and they replied so promptly and warmly every single time, often within an hour or so, and helped me work around my unique (and up-in-the-air, mid-move!) circumstances. Every email, every communication was handled with such professionalism and made me feel like they were genuinely trying to help make it work for me and my individual situation. The delivery was also seamless. The accurate tracking system that followed the location of the van meant that I knew exactly where the delivery driver was, and so could prepare for his arrival. He carried the large mirror up the narrow stairs into my flat, and placed it in my room of choice. And when I unboxed it I was BLOWN AWAY by how gorgeous it was!! It is exactly what I was hoping for in my new property, and I can confidently say that the quality really does speak for itself. I shared a photo on my instagram, and I had numerous people emphatically message me to ask where I had got it from, because they were in awe as well! I know the mirrors may seem a bit expensive - but compared to other companies (for the size), it's very reasonably priced in my opinion, and they seem to have seasonal sales that can sometimes make an already good-value deal even better. In my case, a sale allowed the mirror to actually fall within my budget, so it worked out perfectly!! I would confidently recommend this company to anyone. From their personal care for their customers, to the quality of the product, they have done brilliantly :)

Ordered a mirror for my family bathroom and finally found one from mirrors of London! It's beautiful and reasonably priced, very pleased with the purchase. Delivery took about 15 days but it reached when my tradesman was still here so no problem.
