Never again

I placed my order in start of December, after 2 weeks they said that one item was out of stock so they replaced with something else. Today is 3rd of January and my parcel is still not here. Shipping is €14.99!!! Never again

Bad reviews are undeserved. 10/10 service!

I am not sure why trust pilot is only 3.5 for Miscota.

They are a Spanish company with a UK site with some great deals and from my experience the customer service has been excellent.

I placed quite a large order over christmas and unfortunately some of the products were sold out and customer service (Ludres) reached out with some options.

I replied around 24hrs after he emailed and he replied almost instantly on email confirming he took the desired action. I don't think I have ever had a resolution that quick and that easy from any company ever!

Thank you to Miscota and Ludres for the amazing service!

Avoid

Placed an order 28th November.
Advised one item out of stock and asked to choose a replacement and that my order would then be shipped.
Over a week later told another item wasn't available.
18th December I was advised that the order would not be delivered this year.
Avoid at all costs.

What can I say yeah it takes a little…

What can I say yeah it takes a little time to get the products I order but I can’t get the 1 product anywhere in the states so I have to order out of country and the products are always fresh and works well, if it wasn’t for Miscota I would have lost a whole litter of kittens so thank you Miscota ❤️

Wrong sizes and colours and badly packed

I used it in Portugal and it works badly. It's the second time I have ordered on this site and the 8 products arrived all wrong (wrong sizes, different colours) or badly packed (a dog shampoo was opened and everything I ordered had shampoo on it). I returned everything but the service is slow and it was a lot of work. The 1st time I ordered was in 2021 and I thought they had sufficient time to improve but didn't happen. The mistakes were the same. I even received an answer from customer service when I made a complaint telling me they are humans so mistakes happen. I do not recommend it. Thanks

My order stayed on processing for 3…

My order stayed on processing for 3 days. No update, no nothing. No button to request a refund, no live chat. Just some ambiguous way of sending a form and hope that support will write to you. Hides behind a .dk domain so increase legitimacy. Scammer site.

Terrible company no customer service…

Terrible company no customer service you get provided tracking number for royal mail which just says courier sent parcel they have not received. When you contact Miscota you get no response been waiting 7 days now I was advised to get this product by vet

Ordered cream for wound healing from…

Ordered cream for wound healing from this company on July 16th for our cat who has had an amputation. No delivery of product received by July 30th. We would not recommend this company to anyone nor use them again.

I didn't receive my package for more than 2 months

I didn't receive my package for more than 2 months and Miscota is not willing to refund. They keep answering my emails by saying they will follow-up with the carrier. More than a month ago the carrier indicated they cannot deliver at the proposed delivery place - Package will be returned to Miscota
Order is not delivered/deliverable and Miscota won't refund !
Stay away - Despite good prices, they are not reliable

These guys are crooks.

I placed an order on the company's website for some treats with cranberry to sample for my cat as she suffers from urinary tract infection. They were £ 3.49. When I got to check-out they were suddenly over £ 13. I subsequently cancelled my order but the company keep sending me emails demanding that I complete my purchase as I have ordered these treats. I strongly suspect that the 5* reviews here are created by the company itself or their associates. Stay well away from this company - they are crooks! Good business to do people with!

Scam site

They use an Australian domain but sell stuff on it that is shipped from overseas and won't make it through customs. This is against fair trading laws in Australia. Their shipping company SPRING claims to be experts in cross border shipping but I guess they're just as incompetent as Miscota.

Every time I have ordered something…

Every time I have ordered something went wrong, and the delivery takes very long. The last time only one of the 2 items I had ordered arrived, and then still the bag of 25kg of dog food came without a box and the bag was ripped, so has a hole. It takes days to get an answer and they only wanted to give me some extra Points on my account. Very poor customer service. It’s a big shame they have a monopoly, because the other company who has this food “Traveness” is Petness and it looks like it’s the same company:(

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, Placed an order said it would be in a few working days then i recived an email telling me it would be 18days as i was leaving in 10 days so I had to cancel it. They confirmed the cancellation and refunded the money only to retake it back out 10 minutes later, emailed them to say you took the refund back and they are telling me its been refunded !! Sent them The Screen Shots of my bank statements both the refunded at 3.30pm and the taken back out at 3.39pm (PROOF)
They took back out but there telling me they didn't its refund. So that's stealing!!!

Shouldn't pretend to be in the UK

So it's a .co.uk website, so you assume it's based in the UK. Only when you get to checkout do you find that a £100 order attracts carriage of over £60 (admittedly 24kg!).

I can understand that for some items that are in short supply in the UK and don't weigh so much, buying here could make sense, but come on Miscota - why not be honest and upfront about where you're shipping from?

Avoid these complete & utter incompetent Muppets sell fake cop offs of branded goods ordered a Julius k9 mantrailling harness as the size I wanted wasn't available took over ten days to come started in Spain when it claims to be a UK based company went up to Holland for a few days then took another 4 days or so to come when I checked it out next to mine it was shocking how bad it was no scanner on the tag to check them like the real deal missing certain things it's plastic where it's supposed to be metal the badges & the writing look terrible like Stevie wonder did it in a dark room with his strong hand tied behind his back& to make things worse there shoving them out even more expensive than on the genuine site makes me feel sick to think they actually think there going to pass them off as real like the general public are morons no matter what you try to tell yourself fakes are never nothing like the real deal thats why they are world apart in price peoole who know there stuff can tell from an aeroplane & ones sold in a decent shop - the other by mai ling & Iqbal down the local market disgusting wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them everything is fake as it can possibly be don't spend your hard earned money & save yourself the heartache & misery after a long hard honest day's graft waiting day after day for nice treat just to get urinated in your face dread to think what other Chinese pass offs are lurking in there Wearhouse what you guys are doing is fraud & i hope to god you get what you deserve & all that slung in the bin where it belongs robbing the people who deserve better
