Breach of guidelines
They are 100% fraudulent company
Miss Rosier is 100% a fraudulent company. Their dresses are all made in China and can be found in Chinese stores across the UAE for a fraction of the price. I purchased a dress for 200 USD, then found the exact same dress—same fabric, same quality, same finishing—for only 50 USD.
They falsely market their products as exclusive or specially made, which is completely misleading.
Their exchange policy is also a scam, designed to make returns difficult and frustrate customers.
Overall, this was a humiliating experience as a customer. I strongly advise people to avoid this company and save themselves from being deceived.

got this dress for my French Riviera Euro summer trip and I’m honestly in love with it. The fit is so comfy and effortless and I wore it all day and didn’t want to take it off. Miss Rosier turned out to be one of the most dishonest brands I’ve ever dealt with. Their website clearly says they offer a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days. I’m still within the return window and I’ve been trying to send the item back — but they refuse to provide a return label to New Jersey.
Instead of honoring their own return policy, they keep offering only 25% of the price back, which makes no sense. They are doing everything possible to avoid issuing a real refund.
This is misleading, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers. I will never shop from Miss Rosier again, and I want others to be aware of how shady their return process is.

I’ve ordered two dresses
I’ve ordered two dresses from Miss Rosier, so here is my full experience.
My first dress arrived exactly on time — delivered to my European address within 10 days. I ordered one size up because a friend told me the sizes run smaller, and she was right. The fit was perfect, the dress looked beautiful, and the packaging was great.
My second order was also beautifully made, but the waiting time was much longer than expected. Although the dress was supposed to be ready in two weeks, I received it after almost three, and the full delivery took around a month and a half. The craftsmanship is lovely, but the brand definitely needs to improve their shipping and delivery times — especially considering that the dresses aren’t exactly cheap for our standard.
I’m still giving them another chance because there’s one model I really liked, so I’ve ordered a third dress. I’ll see how long this delivery takes. But if I end up waiting more than a month again, I won’t be ordering from this brand in the future.

I bought 2 dresses. Prices for one was about 170€, not expensive and not cheap. But:
1. sizes are one smaller, in ZARA I jave L or 40 , in fact is small 38 or M
2. Fabrics are so poor quality
So dont buy!!!
