Do NOT order from here. They got me TWICE. I ordered a dress size XL, it fit like a medium. I tried to return it but they made an offer for me to purchase a second dress in the price range and just pay $40 for shipping. Side note, communicating with their return department is a 5 day process. They answer overnight, so any questions you ask won’t be answered until you’re sleep. The dress wasn’t going to arrive in time for my event but what’s $40? I took the deal. The 2nd dress finally arrives. It’s a XXL and it fits just like the other one. I’m wear a size 10. This is ridiculous. Plus it looks terrible. The first one wasn’t bad. But this one was bad.

Reply- I can’t respond directly to your reply but my last order number was #192092. But in all honesty, there is nothing you can do to satisfy me but give me my money back. I just count this as a loss and a lesson learned. Why choose store credit when I will never purchase from you again.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Returning an item was unnecessarily difficult, with repeated delays, changing refund offers, and pressure to accept partial refunds or gift cards instead of a full refund. A return address was only provided after extensive back-and-forth, and I had to pay £60 for international tracked return shipping myself.

Communication was inconsistent and the process was stressful and time-consuming. A straightforward return should not be this complicated. I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.

they advertise that one can cancel the order within 1 hour and I did because I saw the unfair return policy but now they keep getting back to me trying to find ways out of the cancellation. They have kept my money for over 2 weeks now. Avoid under all cost.

Cheap and rude costumer service

Do not trust this website the clothes are awful and they do not let you return. I thought this would be my engagement picture dress so I was very disappointed when I received it. When asked why I was returning my dress I stated you can see the stitching hanging out and it looks cheap. Their representative told me to tuck it in!! It was actually comical. They don’t take this business seriously so do not waste your money.

Sizing is WAY off/ terrible return policy

Sizing is WAY off. I'm typically between a small and an XS. I ordered a small and could barely get it on, which is wild for a 5'5 girl at 120 lbs. the worst part by far is their return policy / they do not cover shipping if the item doesn't fit or is damaged, and if you paid for expedited shipping you're already out 40$ there alone. Not to mention the five steps that they require you to complete to even get to the actual return… Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed because I like a lot of their items but cannot order because if it fits incorrectly, you're out of luck.

*** updated to respond to below response to my review. Yes there was an email sent with MULTIPLE steps requested to even get to the point I'd receive return instructions. The output of energy and time required to even reach the point of return instructions is ridiculous. Again, I'm very sad about this because the products are beautiful but I cannot order from this company again because if something doesn't fit right YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. They also do not return your money, but rather a store credit. Which again, would be fine - if their shipping costs were friendlier and the process wasn't such a headache.

After many emails, you requested that I return the product to an address in the United States.
However, shipping from Greece to the USA is currently impossible or extremely expensive due to updated customs rules and restrictions, confirmed by local carriers. I have also attached official information regarding this.

Therefore, I request a full refund without returning the product, since:

The item I received is not as described and of poor quality.

The return address you provided is not reasonable or feasible from my country.

You refused to provide a European return address.

If you do not proceed with the refund, I will be forced to complete a chargeback through my bank and file official complaints for deceptive business practices.

Please confirm the refund.

Lovely clothes and great service

I now have two dresses from Miss Rosier and I absolutely love them, fit and the quality is beautiful and no problems with shipping. First time I ordered there was a little delay which was communicated to me which was greatly appreciated. Second experience no problems at all & quick shipping. I would highly recommend this brand to others from my own experience.

Ugh what a great experience

Ugh what a great experience. I ordered a black mini dress with an embedded mesh skirt that could be adjustable. I’m plus size and the fit was perfect. The quality of the dress was also quite high as the material was thick with holding mechanisms for the breast. The delivery was also quite fast as it took only 4 days to arrive to Cyprus & the packaging showed that they respect their product🤍 I’m placing another order as we speak.
