I cannot fault them

I cannot fault them. I had a next day delivery parcel for an urgent event, I waited in all afternoon and it did not arrive, the team instructed me that it had been delivered to a neighbour and I was able to wear it in the evening.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Sent 2 items back with tracked delivery, at my own expense, which they signed for upon receiving. Still waiting on a refund weeks later with little to no contact after sending multiple emails. Anytime they do reply it is asking for information I have already provided. It is beyond a joke and totally unacceptable.

Despite responding to your request on here to send information, which I had already sent in my original e-mail, and you stating it would be dealt with immediately, I have still heard nothing.
You are an absolutely scandalous bunch of thieves who owe me money which I desperately need and you now leave me no option but to contact Trading Standards.

This company.. you will not receive your money back!!!!
Almost 3 months on and still waiting for a refund! £85.50 they have stolen from me!!! Numerous emails and Facebook messaging asking for my refund. Proof of posting, proof of signature received, and still they refuse to refund the money they owe despite having their goods back!

I have now been asked by misfiga, to email the same email address I have already been without any response, so again, I have sent all my details via email with all proof required to settle my refund.
How hard is it to get what is legally yours?
This online company has zero customer service and think it’s acceptable to receive your returns and keep your money! Trading standards need to hold these people accountable!

I would recommend everyone avoid Miss Figa at all costs. They are not a reliable company!
My experience is like many others - I returned items on 13/6. Tracking confirms they were received back at company on 14/6, and to date I have not received a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

PayPal have been amazing and refunded me as missfiga never responded to any of my emails or their communications. If you pay by pay pal make sure you open a case as this company don’t give refunds!!!they are thieves!!!thank goodness I have received my refund as the company have replied to previous reviews on this asking for order numbers etc and that they have contacted via trustpilot howevever they never have!!!total scammers and the company should be shut down and all customers refunded!!!!citizens advice and trading standards are dealing as I have complained to them too

I want my refund!!!!

Bought a couple of dresses end of May. Returned as they did not fit. Paid for the postage with royal mail. Tracked and package was signed for on 06/06. Had no correspondence regarding my refund. Used FB messenger to follow up only to have a message back saying their FB messaging wasn't working and to email. Have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same automated message back. No way of speaking to anyone. Still awaiting my refund and getting very frustrated. Only rated 1star as I couldn't put a 0. Do not recommend this company at all. Looking at the reviews it seems to be the same type of review about refunds. You are stealing money!!!! I want my refund!!

update on my last review

Well just an update I posted a review on here and missfiga messaged asking for more details and I sent them the details and still a month on from that still nothing from them my wife even emailed them to get the same response of the details of the order and still heard nothing it’s a joke of a company and I have contemplated going into the shop in the highcross in leicester but it ain’t there fault and I will warn people off using there online service as it’s horrible to sort out if there is a fault or need to return it

Beware of this company as almost…

Beware of this company as almost impossible to get a refund!!!
Bought 2 dresses, didn't like them when they came. Sent dresses back few days later unworn. Paid to return them through post office. 1 month later no refund. Contacted Misfigga they needed the receipt of return. Provided receipt. Misfigga sent me a credit note. Emailed misfigga numerous times to ask why they gave a credit note and not refund as items had been sent back within their refund policy timing. Got no reply. Thankfully I'd paid through paypal, raised a resolution case through PayPal, who got me my money back.

You will not get a refund from this company

This company is awful at refunds. I have been waiting nearly a year for a refund. No refund. I returned two dresses in August 2021 and still haven't received a refund. I have sent roughly 20 emails and also contacted them by messenger. I have sent proof of return along with all other details I have been asked to provide. Every time I contact them they ask for the same proof but do nothing. Avoid this company!

Absolute crooks! Will you give you the run a round if you want a refund, you will never get it. Been waiting 3 months for mine. They rely upon people giving up chasing them. Avoid like the plague. Avoid this company- does not issue refunds!

I made an order back in May and returned it straight away. I paid for the posted (£7.65) and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted through email (I received a message saying the Facebook messenger wasn’t receiving messages!) numerous times and was advised I would receive my refund within 10 days - I am still waiting! They are not replying to my emails at all now. I will send an email every day and post a review every day until I receive my refund!! It was the first and last time of ordering from Missfiga.

Been waiting 7 months for refund!

I have been waiting since January... yes JANUARY! for my refund. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. The funny thing is.. I bought these dresses for my grandads funeral in January, paid for next day delivery, they didn't come. So I'm only sending them back because of a fault of their own!!! And still 7 months later. I'm owed £65 + my postage to return. Its absolutely shocking. I'm getting absolutely nowhere with them when I email, they fob me off with automated emails. I never give bad reviews.. so that just shows how shocking this company are.
