I am still awaiting my refund if £77 going back from the 19th may
I have sent over 30 emails provided you with all the details including order details and tracking details
I’ve had no refund
I got asked to email Sam at Missfiga which I did and had no response
I see that I am one of hundreds with the same complaint
This is disgusting and your customer service is the worst I’ve ever known
There no phone no or direct email or chat service
In 3 months I’ve not had a direct response
I will not let this go as there are a lot of people who you have done this too

After being sent incorrect items back…
After being sent incorrect items back in April and sending them back recorded delivery, I am still awaiting someone to get back to me. Numerous emails to them who say send us the tracking details then the correspondence ends. They don't reply further. Reviews on here being replied to saying email this person, you do this and no reply. Its ridiculous. The sum of over £70 is due to me, they have my items which they have signed for. I have sent an official letter detailing they have 2 weeks to refund or it is taken further. No response. Letter was sent recorded delivery and they have signed for it. My next letter will be sent on Monday about the legal action that will be taken, under advice I have sought. This is ridiculous.

Everything was fine until I needed a refund! Sent the item back in May and still not heard anything they use delay tactics asking for proof that you have sent the item back and then ignore you constantly! Awful company who shouldn't be allowed to trade.

I’ve previously written a review on here as I was told on the 18th May my refund had been processed, and after waiting the 10 days they advised to get the money back, and very very many emails, Facebook messages sent, I have either been ignored or asked repeatedly for my order number and refund tracking number (after being told my refund was processed, I’m not exactly going to keep the tracking number) Even after writing my first review they wanted to speak with me and again we just went around in circles asking the same questions, with no resolution. It’s such a shame to still see people are also having this same problem STILL the company shouldn’t be allowed to trade until they’ve paid back all the money they owe, it’s not fair on people. My order was a total of £62 which may not seem a lot, but they have both the items I ordered returned just how they was meant to be and my money, you can’t just keep both that’s so wrong. Anyway I will keep trying to get my money back and I hope everyone else does too!
