Wonderful experience
What a special day it was visiting Miss mouse dress house.
We made an appointment to visit the lovely Sarah and her store to find a prom dress for my daughter (step daughter) with myself, her gran and her brother. It was a bit of a travel for us from Nottingham to Newark. Firstly, Sarah went out of her way to even call me the morning of the appointment to tell me road works were bad on the way, and gave me an alternative route. Which I thought was most considerate.
From the minute we arrived Sarah was very warm and welcoming. She explained in detail what she would do during the appointment to help my daughter find the perfect dress.
To most, finding a prom dress for your daughter is a very special occasion, but for us it meant so much more. My step daughters mum passed away 5 years ago so this day was an emotional one for us, and Sarah handed me tissues when I was crying, she looked after us so well. She gave us so many options to try, some, that my daughter wouldn’t have even picked herself , just so she could have a variety, and we found the perfect dress for her. Thank you so much Sarah you made a tough day extra special for us and we are so grateful.
Beautiful dresses, lots of variety, very reasonably priced, and our experience here was just wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you Sarah xxxx
