I’m a bit disappointed
Loved the products but I’m a bit miffed. I needed two bracelets for my twins, ordered them went to add my discount code to find it was declined. Ugh. I decided to continue as I like the bracelets and if I ordered the two I wouldn’t pay postage but when I went to add packaging I was only going to get one bag. I’ve ended up having to pay double postage so that my girls can have thier present wrapped and packaged identicaly. It’s left me disappointed, I hope they like thier bracelets after this.

Do not pay extra for packaging
Very disappointed with my order.
I paid an extra £5 for gift packaging, which amounted to no more than a bow and a carrier bag. The main issue, however, was that none of the items were identified. As I had ordered multiple gifts, there was no way of knowing which item was which without undoing the packaging.
To find out, I had to remove the ribbons and then reattach them afterwards, which left a sticky residue and spoiled the presentation. This completely defeated the purpose of paying extra for gift wrapping in the first place.
It seems like an obvious oversight. Did nobody consider that customers might be buying gifts for different people? A simple label identifying each item would have avoided this problem entirely.
When I raised this concern, the response I received was simply that the packaging was "as pictured." That completely missed the point of my complaint.
Updated following response:
Their response that "packaging preferences can vary" and that they are "being as sustainable as possible" is, frankly, rather laughable. I suspect very few customers would prefer to have to re-wrap a gift themselves after removing sticky tabs that leave behind sticky residue. Equally, including a thick catalogue that went straight into the recycling does little to support their sustainability claims. Perhaps reducing unnecessary promotional material, rather than omitting labels that identify which gift is which or expecting customers to share a single cleaning cloth between three gifts, would be a better way to reduce waste.

I had an issue with a necklace chain snapping and contacted Missoma, even though the necklace was outside its warranty period.
I sent over photos of the damage and the team could see it looked faulty. They arranged a brand new replacement necklace, which arrived within a week.
Really impressed with how quickly and fairly they handled it. Great customer service and a company that clearly stands by its products.

I'm really pleased with my purchase from Missoma. I ordered a ring during one of their recent sales and was delighted when it arrived – it's beautiful and feels well made. The online printable sizing guide helped me to pick the right size the first time.
I also appreciated the free delivery and, just as importantly, the reassurance of knowing that free returns were available if needed. Fortunately, I didn't need to use them, but it definitely gave me confidence when ordering online.
