Customer service 10/10, slight issue with an order (that did come very quickly and was lovely) but issue was resolved as soon as I got in touch with customer service (Jay.E was the kind member who assisted me) they were lovely about the problem and issued a full refund straight away!

I purchased a New Year's outfit with express shipping, expecting it by December 22nd. To today, the package hasn't arrived. Customer service has consistently prolonged the wait time, delaying the resolution. They keep extending the period I should wait, now asking for an additional 10 days. It's unreasonable to wait 3-4 weeks for them to resolve the problem that comes from their end. I do not recommend Misspap at all.

Delivery and return times are always really quick!
I recently had an issue where one of the items I returned wasn’t refunded along with the others. Lenny answered my query super fast, and amended the error straight away. Thanks for the great service!

Ordered a dress and Co ordinate set at the very end of November for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas. You order early in order to receive them in time, especially if it’s your last pay of the year. The items were the same size but after opening them and trying them on ( as you do on Christmas Day, not before!!) the Co ords fit beautifully but the dress was way too small. So small that my 14yr old couldn’t get it on! So yesterday 27th December, I started a return only to be told it’s outside of the return period.
I’m shocked that Misspap has no extended Christmas return policy, especially as returning isn’t free. They are the only company I ordered from or shopped with that don’t do it. Bad assumption on my part but really really poor customer care policy for a company like this. If Boohoo, who own Misspap among others, offer it, why doesn’t Misspap? It should be standard policy across the company and for the time of year, especially taking into account longer delivery times and bigger demand. Can’t get a refund and so can’t replace the gift. Will not shop with Misspap again. Gave 2 stars out of fairness because one part of the order was fine.
* update * I appreciate the reply from Jack and will wait for a resolution. I must add that responses from Misspap customer service to my emails, insist they don’t have extended returns. Their second email actually states that they’re looking into it for next year? So I remain confused….

Despite the response from Jack, my return has not been logged as promised. I attempted to try again today and still no joy, so my original review sadly still stands.

So I've ordered an item which was placed on sale on the website only to be sent the incorrect size. I was due to travel the next day and asked for my money to be refunded or item resent next day delivery as this was not any fault of my own. I was then told by customer service that I had to travel miles to my closest post office to return the item which means I would now incur excess cost as I don't drive and unable to walk there. No provisions were made to refund or resend or a discount applied I was just told well if you can't return we can't do anything. I AM NOW LEFT WITH AN ITEM I CANT WEAR WHICH I HAVE TO GIVE TO CHARITY AND MONEY LOST. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I contact misspap team via Facebook messenger and kent responded straight away with a new order number for a replacement and next day delivery. Thankyou so much misspap

They don’t allow clothing reviews/ratings. The product of NEVER worth the price. It’s cheap thin material. I paid $50 for a playboy “hoodie dress” that isn’t a dress at all
It’s just a regular hoodie and target has better quality fabric for cheaper. When I messaged them to challenge this cheap hoodie for $50 they asked me for pictures then offered me a return label AT MY OWN EXPENSE.
Never shopping here again.

The Parcel was clearly delivered to the wrong address, the photograph taken of the delivered parcel was not my address (I don't even have a porch) the coordinates were over 1 km away and despite door knocking on a totally different street no evidence of my parcel, but I was basically accused of being a liar. The courier Misspap instructed are clearly incompetent, however customer service response was deeply upsetting blaming me the customer rather than the courier, I am £200 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I emailed and within hours they had responded Carl replied asked a few questions and I sent a video, he sorted the issue quick, Within a few hours there was a new pair dispatched and on there way to me.
