Wrong order again

Wrong order again!

Complete wrong style and size. Ordered a misspap pair of heels and received size 5 pair of Boohoo shoes.

Also I will be charged to return them!! Not ideal.

No shoes and out of pocket!!!

Great customer service

I think the quality of Misspap is great for what you’re paying, they always deliver in good time and I do not have many issues. However, this time they missed an item of my refund, but Michael quickly resolved this for me and was very informative. This was a nice change to similar companies.

Do not purchase from this company I spent 60 pound on goods for them to say it had been delivered and apparently left on my door step I havnt got the goods and the company are saying they will not refund as it’s been delivered awful customer service from serwin and I will be taking this further

Do not shop here! Awful quality!

I lost my money. Don't lose yours! Shop elsewhere! I ordered from this place in late 2022. I put down a £200+ order. It was definitely not worth it. I was reminded of this place after clearing through my wardrobe and seeing the shoes and trousers I got from here. The heels were so flimsy and the trousers were awful quality - it was genuinely laughable. I would never suggest shopping here. They are so overpriced.

Part Shipment Redemption

I received only one part of a Co-ord set which was initially a disappointment. I got in touch with customer services via apple message at 21:90 on a Friday night and so didn’t expect a response until Monday morning. I got a response almost immediately so identify the problem and as soon as I let Jasmin know what the problem was she offered me either a refund or a new shipment ASAP. Within an hour Jasmin had a new order ready to ship out to me. The best and fastest customer service I have ever received.

Had to get in touch as an outfit only…

Had to get in touch as an outfit only came with the skirt and not the shirt so my partner asked me to chase it up .
Got in touch and was made aware I couldn’t just get a shirt sent out but they were willing to give me a refund and it was easy as it that . Mei is the person who dealt with this and she was fantastic .

First time customer

First time customer. The quality seemed abit 'off asif its been already worn. I bought 4 items and returning 1 back. I kept the other items because I am going out at the weekend and c.b.a to shop around. Unfortunately I will not buy from Misspap in future.
