Wish-quality. You can not return or change anything. If the package gets lost on the way they dont care, you will not get your money back.
You can buy the same dress on wish for 1/10 of the price.
Very very disappointed! Dont buy!

I have emailed them countless times for them to continue to respond with “Hello dear💕, your item has not been processed I will look into this for you and have it shipped it no later than tomorrow.”
Waited, and no email was sent the next day, so I sent one and didn’t get a respond back, then I sent another one, and got a respond saying she will look into it again. This was 2 months ago!!!!!
I asked for a refund, but no respond. I dm’d them on Instagram, no respond.
However, my cousin ordered a dress also from them a day before me and got her dress yesterday.
I guess it’s based on your luck🤦🏽‍♀️ There goes $100! Would not recommend!

I ordered 2 dresses but when I began to read the reviews within 30 minutes I texted them back and said please cancel my order - they said the order was in process and it couldn’t be canceled - they sent the dresses anyway and I have never seen anything made of such cheap quality material. The dresses didn’t even resemble the dresses online. Misstook is a BIG Mistake- do not order anything from them- they are not located in LA as their website states but in China.
I told them to send me a return label to send these messes for dresses back and they said all sales are final - Scam, Scam, Scam
Do not order anything at all from them - not premium or anything else.

This company is a scam I would advise everyone to never buy anything from this company. They stole me $200 for a dress I never received. When I emailed them after 3 weeks of my order, I was told they were gone look into it. It's more than a month today and I still haven't received anything, nor my refund,neither the dress. This company should be removed from the web. It's a total scam. I rate them a zero. I'll make sure I spread the word around me

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their website CLAIMS they’re based in California but you do a little digging and they first say Burbank on one part of the website and Los Angeles in another.

I can’t believe for a company being based in California it takes TWO WEEKS to ship something. I paid 60 bucks extra for 4 day delivery for them to not ship it for an additional two weeks?!?!

I asked for a refund by day 4 and they completely ignored what I asked in my email reiterating to me that “they will send an email once shipped” I waited an additional 5 days and asked AGAIN FOR MY REFUND BUT MORE FIRMLY and they sent me a one sentence email saying “ Hi Dear 💕‍ Your order is in processing. I am unable to cancel it.“.

It’s not even shipped yet. Never in my life have I ever had a company blatantly lie to me over and over again in emails.

STILL have not received the dress. They STOLE 300 dollars from me. Someone needs to take this website down and close this “company”.

I will be telling EVERYONE, everywhere about this really shady company and will have my followers be sure to spread word to mouth to never ever ever ever buy from this company.

they claim to be in California but the dress came from china and that was very bad quality. i could have got that dress on wish.com for 1/10th the price. They charged over $150 for this dress. when asked for return they said all sales are final. This is a SCAM website. Stay away.

I bought one of the premium dresses on this website. I had seen it elsewhere double the price. The dress arrived within a month (I allowed time for delivery) and I was thrilled at how stunning it looked. The quality was top and the fitting couldn't have been better. I got loads of compliments. Thank you misstook.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This website is a complete scam. I ordered a dress for a military ball over 3 and half weeks ago. This is the first time I'd be able to attend and the first time in months I would even see my husband since he's deployed. The dress never even SHIPPED, after almost four weeks of waiting. Now I do not have a dress to wear to a night that was supposed to be so special. I emailed to cancel the order since the dress has not even shipped to me yet and the response I got sounded like an 8 year old wrote it: "We handover order to shipping." This customer service is unacceptable. Once I checked the tracking number they attached to the email, I was notified that the dress is in Hong Kong. The website states that this business is in California... so why is my dress in Hong Kong? This website does not adhere to their own terms and agreements, false advertises, and has HORRIBLE customer service.

This is a horrible, scam web. Do not purchase anything from here. I order black dress and a clutch bag and I also paid for the extra shipping. It has been more than two weeks and I haven’t received them.

DO NOT BUY COMPLETE SCAMMERS. No where on the site does it say sales are final. I was a first time buyer and have been battling with customer service as I had NO idea this was the case. Additionally customer service is completely unhelpful. Will be posting reviews anywhere I can in order to save other people this hassle.

The quality of the dress I bought was cheap and ugly. Now I find out I cant return the dress and get my money back.

The dress was a long evening gown. The zipper hardly moved for me to open it to try it on! The front neck was high and the back was low. Problem is the front was ill fitting! I am advising NOT to purchase from this company. The sequence were falling off as I took it out of the package!

Ordered a long modest dress with trail. Was sent a dress with a massive slit up the side. After several attempts to email for a solution the only thing I was offered was to send the dress back from Australia to the US at my own cost and that they would send the correct dress. I did not have enough time to do this and had to take the dress to a dressmaker to close the slit, this caused the dress to lose the trail. Dress was to be used in my daughters wedding ceremony. Do not recommend this place at all. To receive the wrong dress after paying a large amount of money is not on.

I paid a good amount for a dress that I thought looked gorgeous and of good quality online. However, I when I received my dress 20 days later, it was nothing like online. The material was thin, cheap, and the lace around my sleeve was RIPPED. I immediately contacted support (they provide you with no phone number only email). The lady emailed me stating that all sales are final and that the most she could do was exchange the dress for a same new one. I was very disappointed because I need this dress for a very special event. I can not afford to wait another 20 days for a new dress. They were very unprofessional and not compliant. A big important note: ***nowhere on the website does it say that all sales are final*** they are very misleading and just want your money. Do not shop here.

Worst online shopping I've ever experienced. They take over a month to send your desired piece. They claim it's made in LA but I believe the dresses are made in China as my package indicated so when it arrived. When I opened my package after receiving it over a month which I bought to wear it to a prior event I was distastefully disappointed. The fabric and the quality of what I saw on their website did not match to what they sold me. Now, I'm stuck with a poor quality dress I will not wear. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I ordered a dress $67.99 and extra $30 for shipping within 6-12 days on the bottom of the page it says USPS SHIPPING IS $20, anyways I made the order on 9/19 and I just got the dress today 10/17 almost 1 month I’m waiting for the dress which does not make since because the shipping is from LA don’t have to take that. The dress looks like I bought it from Ross even they have better dress material doesn’t look like the same fabric material as in the picture and the sewing is horrible I wish if I can post a picture of the dress I paid $92 for a dress I will put It in the closet only. doesn’t worth the money I give to it I wish if I saw those reviews that other people commented before me. Please don’t spend your money and time on this website.

I bought my engagement party dress from misstook. It did take longer to come than expected (I even paid extra for the fastest shipping) but if you read the fine print, they explain that so it’s my fault for not researching enough. I usually wear a size 6-8 so I ordered an 8 to be safe. The dress came a couple days before my party and it did fit, but it was way too tight in some places to the point where I was worried it would rip if I sat down. Thankfully the dress didn’t rip at all. The quality of the dress was amazing (it better be for a $660 dress) and the colour was exact. The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the processing time wasn’t clearly stated and because of the fit of the dress wasn’t a usual 8. Overall I recommend misstook and plan to order from there again.

Ordered a dress for formal, called up as I had not received they said it was on its way and I would get before formal. Formal day came no dress and they are still yet to refund my money after they admitted to it not being sent, problems in the warehouse. Now they are just ignoring my emails. Guess what no phone number either. Would never purchase from them again, ROBBERS....
