Ive selected this shop due to delivery time. I selected all parts that are avaliable on stock, paid extra fees for fast preparation and express shipment. Expected delivery date 28th of May (while standard timing with no extras to be paid was 30th of May).
Fast preparation didn’t happened and I’ve received parts on the 30th of May… I have contacted info line on the 28th and they lied to me that it will be still delivered on the 28 th when package was still on their site. Summary I lost around 20EUR to have parts on 28 that didn’t happened. That’s a fraud.

Buyer beware
I made three separate orders all above the 100€ each.
Each order had something go wrong.
Scale from meh to worst.
1. Part that was ordered was described as being a meat and Doria product. The part that arrived was not meat and Doria; but some other Italian branded company. Part value 120€
2. Bosch product that was ordered came in a box with little to no protective packaging. Box was damaged from the outside and the part inside was broken in two. Part value 150€
3. A nissen ac compressor that dpd shows as being delivered in a town that is not even remotely close to where I am. Instead of immediately refunding the money, mister auto says I have to fill out a form of dpd under threat of perjury and legal proceedings if it turns out the part was delivered. Part value 200€.
I expected much better from a company owned by Stellantis.
I am out time, money and have become incredibly frustrated with the actions and reactions of this company.
I am extremely worried I will not receive my money back.
Update:
The reaction of the company was quite dismissive. Their answer and comment here below says that if I had publicly left contact details they could have contacted me.......right.

After some time i got a reply from the customer service which was the good service i expected because of the order value and 3 times insurance i ordered

Great shop. Biggest advantage here, is express shipping option - thoose who need parts asap, going to be very satisfied. Customer care is very welcome, helpfull, just great. 1 Star less because of some lack in assortiment and not many brands to choose. Prices could be allso more fair because they are a bit higher, then it suppose to be. Anyway, that's a realy good shop and I like to buying here - especially in emergencies, when I need parts as soon as possible.
Despite the VIN numbers I received the wrong part and can’t send it back....
