After 2 months i still have no answet…
After 2 months i still have no answer about damaged/incorrect article.The only answer i got was from a review i made and Mr auto did not like what i said.
.Good i found a company,Auto onderdelen,wich is great great.So i never need Mr auto again.
Have respect for those who pay yout saalary.If nobody buys your employers have no job.

Extremely Poor Customer Service,
I paid for car parts which they advertised as suitable for my car, the parts were purchased over a month ago, an attempt was made to fit the parts by my mechanic to my cost (mechanics time stripping my engine ) only one of the three parts received was suitable for my car,
the parts were promptly returned (to Germany) the full refund did not appear so I contact them via email to be told the parts arrive in Germany then they get sent to France and I have to wait 11 working days for a refund, I have never known anything like this it has been a very unprofessional service and not an experience I want ever again, I am having to chase this outfit up for a refund , I am still waiting for a refund over 1 month after the original purchase date when this was no fault of my own the fault lies with Mister-Auto for specifying these parts are suitable for my vehicle, fortunately I paid for the items via PayPal so I have opened a case against this Company

Impossible to contact and expensive to return
Almost impossible to contact via phone. After 10 minute wait the call gets automatically ended. After 3x 10 minutes i gave up. They don't have an email address. You can only contact them via "messages" on the website.
Payed €12,95 for the "next day delivery" option and still received order after 3 days.
When i returned the product they deducted €7,95 cargo costs. They also do not pay the shipping cost back, which they are obligated to by Dutch Federal Law.
Will never order anything of here again!
Only positive is the price for the parts.

Helaas zijn wij vanwege grote drukte telefonisch niet goed bereikbaar waardoor het voor kan komen dat er een lange wachtrij onstaat aan de lijn . We doen ons uiterste best om iedereen zo vlug mogelijk te woord te staan echter lukt dit helaas niet altijd
We zijn er van op de hoogste dat klanten na 6 a 7 minuten wachten u door het systeem automatisch uit de wacht gooit word onze excuses hiervoor.
Echter hebben wij hier geen invloed op en het probleem is bekend en doorgestuurd naar de technische afdeling van Mister Auto.
Indien u echt te lang aan de lijn moet wachten verzoeken wij u op een later tijdstip terug te bellen of uw vraag middels email aan ons te stellen.
