Oh Dear...
Useless packaging! paper thin box holding 5L oil??? Even Stevie Wonder could see that this was going to end up in a mess.
Box damaged...Which meant a longer delivery time ... Oil filter damaged... thrown out.
Will I order again? Doubt it very much!

great service bad product
bought bolk wiper blades, they are so chunky that my sprayers hit the wiper blade not the window, i gave 4 stars because i think its a great company but the fact they sell parts that dont properly work i had to mark them down

Quick response from customer support and today the goods arrived.
A bit quicker delivery and I would have rated it with 4 stars.
