I was told the ONLY issue with my Citroen it needs a new clutch, so I changed it with the flywheel for ~£1500, but the gear slippage is still there. So I returned back to them to be told that it WASN'T the only thing. A perfect scam, completely avoid at all costs!!!
As a customer, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the recent gearbox service I received. Since the service, my gearbox has been slipping and making a terrible racket. This has not only been inconvenient but also concerning for the safety of my vehicle. I expected the service to improve the performance of my gearbox, but it has had the opposite effect. I've taken the car back to the service provider twice following the initial gearbox service. The first time was due to an oil leak, which was concerning in itself. The second time, I brought it back because the gearbox was slipping, and they informed me that it didn't need more oil. Instead, they suggested that it would require a new gearbox at a cost of £1850 plus VAT. This entire experience has been frustrating and costly, and I hope the service provider can address these issues and offer a more satisfactory solution.
