MisterTango seems to need money. They have big problems with regulations and have blocked funds because they probably need it. I had tried to register before I fell here, and they seem very eager to have me as a customer ! They ask me to send the documents back within 7 days. No competitor imposed this deadline on me. Thanks to all the people who posted a comment to prevent !

Closed down. Fined by the Central bank in Lithuania

They blocked our business account in October without any notice after we had jumped through weeks of compliance to get onboarded and paid their fees in September. Only though social media we found a link to an article that the bank of Lithuania had fined them and imposed restrictions. No notice, no apology, nothing.

Now we are trying to get our money out and close the account. We have tried now 6 times and they keep rejecting the transactions and asking us to do something different. We have provided evidence that the receiving bank is in our business name and they still are preventing. We have attached bank statements, letters, screenshots and still they will not release our funds.

The icing on the cake was after blocking our account and preventing transactions they have now charged us the monthly fee of 99 euro.

Mistertango is holding back funds on purpose! This company is an absolute scam and should be completely shut down.

They return the money, but the fact is that they have finished working. Let's find Mistertango replacement together, which will be more reliable and simple.

There is still no reply to the emails or they are automatic. The account collects money for maintaining and maintaining the account, but you cannot transfer money from it. We have been suspended from payments and payments for invoices, which results in the loss of credibility and financial liquidity. Such activities are catastrophic for any company.
The customer service office provides email addresses and phone numbers for contacts that no longer work in the company or have an autoresponder turned on for no presence in the company until further notice. People in the telephone service office do not want to provide their names or physical address of the company.
Does anyone know the current address of Mistartango where the board and managers work? Address on the Mistertango website is virtual.

I realized I had the account blocked around October 25th, when I tried to make a bank transfer. I contacted Mistertango via email, who told me to wait for communications. After 10 days they answered me by saying that mistertango has the right to block the account for 90 days that can be renewed for an unlimited number of times.
I decided to make a criminal complaint for embezzlement. Have any of you already done something like that?

While I agree with the comments about blocked assets, I should also note that they did actually withdraw my funds after providing the requsted documentation (proof of ownership of the receiving account). It was indeed a rather poor experience though.

1) Transfer rejected - without notice!
2) days later - requested transfer of funds via eMail
3) days later - form sent with all relevant data
4) days later - MT wants the same data once more in an online form
5) days later - provide evidence that your account abroad is your account ....

They are obviously buying time and illegally holding back funds.

Lithuania is becoming famous for financial fraud, related to bitcoin. If this applies to MT I don't know, but it smells very much like that.

They worked pretty great until 2018 when they introduced the paid membership. After that it's been a constant downhill. And a few days ago they "suspended" all personal accounts and all attempts to contact support resulted in the same email responses that don't give any useful information. It's a good thing I only had 1-2 euro inside, but a lot of people have serious funds blocked.
Don't try to register, stay away or you'll regret it.

Money is frozen for a third week now. I was not even informed that they froze my funds. It was a surprise when I logged in to make payments. I run a company, my employees are not getting paid, I have invoices due. All they say that my account is suspended. No reason, no timeline, no steps to fix that.

They are not even offering any help to fix that. We will be going to court for this. This is an absolute nightmare of a company.

By the way. Don't even bother with phone support. They are useless and only say to wait for an email.

KEEP AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BANKRUPT.

They keep silence since Friday. Are they thinking to run with the money of all clients?

They said account is restricted.

This without any specific reason

They don't ask further documents or anything in order to clear and they don't give any time frame for have my money back.

It's just a scam.

i think this will go belly up and we need to beg to bet our money back at the european union. congratulations mistertango - how does it feel to keep my money hostage? it's not like people don't need to pay rent or depend on their money

personal account suspended for no reason, I cant get to my business account through and money transfers not completed even after several days after transaction is made. I am paying these guys 99 EUR monthly for this bad services. missing now several thousand euros.

I WAS very happy with this service till last week. All of a sudden they abruptly closed off my account blocking my funds. Already sent 2 emails but no answer (except for the automatic one). This is NOT how you treat your clients!!!
