This company is a scam.
I placed a pre-order for an x-box series x early in December for my Son who wanted it for Christmas but understood it wouldn't arrive until 15th January. After the holiday period I still hadn't had any further update about the delivery so I emailed via the website asking for an update. I emailed 3 more times and phoned...the number was never answered. It is so sad that at this difficult time in the world people are still looking out for themselves and to make quick money, stealing from others. My son will not be getting his xbox in January, he has been locked in at home since November and was hoping he could play online with his friends. We aren't sure whether we will get a refund for this item either, so I'm not sure whether I'll be able to afford to buy another xbox x when they release more of them in a few months. So angry and upset.

Ecstatic got a dispatch notification from mister techno 19th December and it’s arrived today ( Aberdeenshire Uk) woop woop ! I placed an order for two Xbox’s on the 19th November. They took payment straight away on the same day. However to date I still haven’t received the order. I have emailed them several times and filled in the online form twice but they still have not got back to me to confirm if the order has been shipped. I have emailed requesting to cancel the order and again no reply. No refund. This company is NOT legit

NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
No response to emails about cancellation and refund for ORDER TAUWJALWX so now having to raise a credit card dispute like many other people.
Emails were sent on the day of order and day following, gave it a couple of weeks as they are clearly inundated but there is no excuse to still have no response or refund in over a month.
