DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED AN XBOX BACK IN OCTOBER, THEY FAILED TO SEND ITEM AND AND IGNORED ALL MESSAGES AND ONLY WHEN THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION THEY RESPONDED SAYING I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND IN 14 DAYS. HOWEVER IM STILL WAITING FOR THIS NEARLY 5 MONTHS ON AND THEY HAVE NOW SAID THEY ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS DUE TO A TECHNICAL ISSUE AND IF I WANTED MY MONEY BACK I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH MY BANK!! THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING BACK ANY MONEY AT ALL! THEY NEED CLOSING DOWN AND PROSECUTING. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

I ordered the Ps5 in October every day I check if there is an email from Mistertecno but I get nothing I waited so long I check the door every day to see if delivery is coming but nothing I read all the reviews in UK trust pilot to see if anything changed in this situation but still nothing I don't know what to do if I ask for a refund you will not give me my money back and I can't wait anymore please mistertecno just tell me one thing is my order ever coming if not I will try order the ps5 from somewhere else. I want a real answer from you guys, something like you order will come in 2 weeks or 3 weeks or 4 weeks or it will never come don't make me wait everyday for something that will never come that really torture.

Ordered my Xbox series X on the 22nd of October 2020 and there has no communication directly from the company. I have been in touch to ask for updates and have had only 2 replies both with very vague answers of my delivery date, both of which have passed. I have waited patiently for my Christmas present that my wife paid for, but this company has kept moving the goal posts on delivery dates on their site without bothering to send out an email to customers who have no idea what has happened to their money. Atrocious customer service. Do not buy anything from this company, they have proved that they don’t care about their customers and can’t fulfill orders taken while still advertising to take more orders. Also I’ve asked for a Full refund but I’m having to get in touch with my bank because this company don’t do refunds so we’ll done mister ripoff I’ll be getting my money back one way or another you better believe it!

Website good level. I bougt a console nintendo switch. In 15 days it arrived at home.. Thanks...

YET AGAIN UNBELIEVABLE

MISTERTECHO You replied to my post yesterday saying I PREFER TO TAKE UP A FRAUD CASE with my bank instead of cooperating with you!!

I have tried unsuccessfully since beginning of Dec to receive my refund from you!

You advised me in e mail to seek a refund from the bank and it is my bank who is taking up this case now!

You state in your reply that you believe you do not need to reimburse your customers!

Also it is in my case a simple warehouse delay!

SO 2 months later no x box and no refund!
And you call this a simple delay?

I ordered an Xbox Series X £449 these people claim that they have a lot of orders and that they are trying to send out the consoles before Christmas but I haven’t received anything I placed my order in October absolute mistake and everyone else on here your not alone there people on here which have been robbed never trust a European website whatever it may be just way till they get in stock in the UK the funny thing out of all this is Google decided to suggested this website too me now I can’t even trust google 🤦🏼‍♂️😅 it mad. I managed to get in contact with once they picked up my phone call the women said they’ll send me my refund in 14 working days and this was on the 5th of January a Tuesday I talked to her through WhatsApp she said it will take 14 working days she told me that on the 5th January on a Tuesday and got the notification from there website in my email inbox saying it will be refunded then two weeks went by on the 19th of January haven’t received any refund I tried to get into contact with them the are not responding at all to any phone calls at all. I’ve just seen they have two review pages now ok I’ll post my review on both just so they know

I Cant understand how this website is still operating. ZCGRPWMWC this is my order number from Oct pre ordered a ps5. Didn't arrive and although I got a message saying refund processed it never arrived into my account please dont buy from mister tecno. Thank you for the reply not something your customers expect nowadays. You make excuses for your failure to refund or send items that you have taken the monies for. You ruined my grandsons christmas and made me feel like I let him down. A simple message on your website saying you were unable to ship and a refund would have been all you needed to do.Instead the responses were aimed at letting your customers believe you were going to fulfil there orders. You should be 100 percent ashamed of yourself. As of today you are still offering ps5 for sale on your website ???

This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have had my money for 4 months. They will lie to you and say they have refunded you but you will never see your money again or the product. This website needs to be taken down and I am now in the process of speaking with a cyber fraud team in Spain. These people are disgusting.

This company is an absolute joke! I seriously hope they get taken down soon!
They refuse to give me a refund and have told me to request a recall of payment with my bank. I have made a claim through my bank, but the fact I have had to is absolutely ridiculous. They have not adhered to their own terms and conditions and are very obviously in breach of the law.
I hope this company gets taken down soon and anyone reading this please do not buy from them! Total scammers!

It’s is a rogue website. Taken all funds on order - cancelled the transaction 4 weeks back and still no refund. Sporadic/fake replies include “deliveries have been sent but lost the tracking number” or “no staff in warehouse”. Now they are unable to refund the monies and keep asking for some time to send the payment. Stay away and report as a scam!!

My order number is TCVKIZBQM which was paid in full in October I have recieved no update to my order I am emailed phoned so many times I have lost count. So if you choose to use this company buyer beware as I have now lost all confidence in this company.

Paid via debit card for an Xbox Series X beginning of December, still no refund or Xbox! Avoid this shady company!

It's now been 3months since Mistertechno took my payment for the Xbox series X, still no attempt to contact me, no refund or xbox!

Pre-ordered PS5 Console 17/10/20 Order no- IOQQMGUVB. No goods delivered. Emailed to request a refund and no response from the company and NO refund received. Absolutely appalling. Do NOT use this site !

Love the products! We're many people using them. Please dont change a thing about your company.

Just want to say made an order 23/11 for x box series x, like lots of people I am sure wanting to please our children at Christmas was expecting a delivery date after 7th December.. Obviously never happened, did receive one response by WhatsApp saying trying their best but nothing further. Did send further rmessagez and emails with no response. Have tried to be reasonable but just contacted my credit card and got the money back within a day. So don't hang on!!
