EDIT: funny how you guys can reply to a bad public review within 48 hours but multiple times i had to wait well over a week just to hear another canned bs template reply to my actual emails.

i would absolutely submit an appeal... for the THIRD time... but why bother? you have been equally content to tell me both other times that i was in violation of TOS with NO actual reason or proof.

just know that while you can buy continue buying positive reviews and relying on ignorance for a long time, you can't win forever. lying to people, ignoring legitimate issues, and straight up stealing money from users who have done nothing wrong will eventually catch up to you.

these guys WERE great, then they were my last straw. i have tried pretty much every single one of these goddamn reward apps and man, MP was so helpful and fast to pay out and responsive. and i should’ve known better.

as per usual with these scammers, you cash out once and then magically upon your second (sometimes third) cash out request, you have violated their TOS! and no they aren’t going to explain why. and yes they are going to keep your second cashout of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

i am disabled and $100 is a lot of money for me. and of course i put a ton of time and effort and a little bit of cash to make up for boosts for extra points only to have these absolute scum lord POS suspend my account for no reason and without any recourse.

STAY AWAY. i am never using one of these apps again. mistplay are scammers like all the rest.

i will leave my original review below for the sake of archive, and in case anyone else is looking for similar experiences. i just reviewed a response from the support team. i had provided them with photo evidence of my account’s standing and the issue with the app’s points, and they manually added all the points i earned! i was worried that if i ever did get a reply, i would only be credited the base points and not the boosted value, but i got the boosted points too!

if you’re having an issue, definitely contact customer support. they’re slower than other apps, but they did get back to me and credited me what i earned, which i’m quite pleased with! still waiting on my card, but now i don’t actually expect an issue. :)

i thought this app was great for a few days. i submitted a $15 cash out request about a week ago and have yet to receive my funds. i also put in a lot of work to get to a goal in a game while the rewards were boosted, and while it rewarded me for every other goal i reached, it suddenly stopped tracking when i finished the boosted goal. very suspicious.

i have contacted support twice about these issues and have not heard back. pretty sure it’s a scam

My question was answered and my points were returned.

Fun games to play with my kids and to make some pocket money to treat the kids.

After playing this game for several months, I had collected almost $50 that I could cash out. I was having trouble with the app, not tracking my games correctly and paying out every other payout on a couple games. I had reported it to customer service and never did get my payout, then log into my account Sunday and it says that I broke their terms of service. They have $50 that they owe me and will not respond to me. I have reported them to the FTC and I am leaving them a bad review everywhere I can because this is absolute crap.

Just need to play and you will obtain 10€ per month. You can optimise and win more if you like to optimise.

My streak was broken over a year ago due to a fire 🔥 in the storage unit next to my unit. I was not offered to fix the streak by buying back.
I have been on Mistplay for awhile, again. Building back up my streak.
The app tells me I needed to buy back my streak. But I was just playing...
Customer Service restored my streak 2 days s in a row... Thank you😊

they scammed me out of 56,742 gems. i completed an entire offer with a bonus, and reaches out to support after the 48k bonus guarantee didn't reward me. After 2 days, they emailed me back and instead of rewarding me what I earned and spent 8 hours on playing, they gave me a sad measly 1,000 gems and an apology. they said they will not reward me what i earned. do not trust this company. 100% scam. i have screenshots and proof.
