DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company, I am not sure what happened to M&N. Their service was never great but now it is non existent. I ordered an Allen Iverson jersey on 9/13 and as of today it hasn't shipped, you can't talk to anyone on the phone and their customer service messaging system doesn't reply. I will have to get Paypal involved to get my money back at this rate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Arrived eventually

I ordered a $300 Baseball Jersey ($350 with delivery). I was then provided with a FedEx tracking number that said no package traced. Left it a few days and checked again and got the same result. Read the reviews on here and thought the worst. Couldn't get a response from customer service. I did some detective work and found out the tracking number was for UPS and that my Jersey had been stuck in customs as there was duties to be paid. UPS hadn't bothered to contact me or Mitchell and Ness. It eventually arrived today after two weeks. I'm really pleased with the Jersey.
I love Mitchell and Ness products and want to buy more BUT you guys have seriously got to up your game and your customer service.

I would prefer to give a 0. The customer service is non existent and the e commerce guy is horrible. You cannot get him or anyone to reply to you which is pure laziness as I know for sure my inquiry was forwarded to him. Do not waste your money or time because they employ a lazy, miserable staff. Most unhelpful customer service I have ever dealt with

If you want to pay a small fortune to…

If you want to pay a small fortune to not receive your items, and wait 2 weeks for customer service, and be thrown back and forth between them and UPS, to no avail because no one cares where your order is, then order from here.

Stole my money

Spent $171.00 on shirts and hats, they said 1-2 days for an update on the tracking number, it’s been a week and I was charged $238.00 for some reason + no update on the order or response to my email. This company being run by Fanatics makes total sense.

I placed an order on June 11th and 15…

I placed an order on June 11th and 15 days later it still says processing. The product is still in stock and they have yet to ship it. I sent them two emails and have yet to get a response. There is no phone number to contact them. Will not be purchasing again!

Unacceptable Order Processing

Placed my order Tuesday and it now Friday and still haven’t even received a tracking number. On top of this, there is no number to call customer support and email responses take 3-5 days.

Strong odor

The item I received has a very strong odor of moth balls & burnt rubber. I like the item so i washed it thinking the smell would go away. It has not!

Bad Quality. Worse Service.

Their clothing used be great. Now it’s just cheap quality and all made in China. They have ZERO customer service and the last two times I ordered from them they never sent the packages and I had to send about a dozen emails just for a response.

A DEVIOUS, STONED-COLD CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

A stoned-cold criminal enterprise, run by a devious group of arrogant misfits. They will ship you items other than what you ordered, they will ship you incomplete or partial orders without asking your pre-approval, they will bill you for shipping charges on a multi-item order, even when they ship you only one item, they do not answer their telephone line, nor voicemails, nor e-mail messages, they are absolute criminal outlaws that should be avoided at ALL costs.

BUY ELSEWHERE!! SCAM!!

BUY ELSEWHERE!!! This company might has well state they do not accept returns or exchanges. They make you file a request to return, and I’ve now been waiting several weeks. My 30 day return window has came and gone. The 1 800 number listed in the order confirmation email is non existent. If you call the flagship store, you won’t get an ounce of help other than to be told to send yet ANOTHER email. I will never spend a dime here again and you shouldn’t either. 0/10

Out $1300

Charged me $1300 for an order to which I received no confirmation or invoice. I attempted to contact to ask about charge but they couldn’t provide any sort of invoice or UPS details. Package arrived to me and was returned to sender via UPS. When no refund was issued I called UPS and was advised M&N wouldn’t take return so product was disposed of. I can’t dispute with credit card as the dispute period was burned up trying to sort the situation out with M&N’s terrible customer service. It takes them weeks to respond, if at all, and are no longer accepting phone calls (they didn’t return messages I left anyways). Their near non existent customer service in my experience leads me to the conclusion this company is about producing product in exchange for money and the customer is an unfortunate nuisance. I had ordered from them many times in the past and even recommended them but they had no concern with their customer losing $1300.

Customer service

Customer service? yeah right.
They take 3-5 business days to respond to an email.
Have an ongoing return issue since October..
Avoid this company! You were warned.
This company will go out of business soon, only reason it hasn't is probably cause of celebrities/athletes supporting them.

I would give a big 0 if I could they stink!!!!!! Ordered a Joe Namath jersey never received it’s been over a week said 2nd delivery??? No customer service.
Glad I put it on A/X. Do your self a favor don’t order from them these people don’t deliver and they are a complete disgrace!!!

Horrible customer service!

I would not even give them one star if that was a choice. The worst ever customer service. I am stuck with a coat for a gift for my son that is too small. Really frustrated. Horrible customer service!

Everything very slow

Everything very slow.
7- Sep I made the order, 16-Sep it still no any dispatch email. I sent an email on 18- Sep, the auto reply told me it will taker 5 days to respond .

Gods bless me, i received the order on 25- Sep, but no dispatch email or note in between. And the CS replied me i should still wait the order

Avoid

Avoid. I ordered a jersey that I have been waiting to come back in stock. Paid over $300 only to find out a week later they have no stock.
Terrible customer service and nothing is in stock.
