This was my fourth order with Mitolab. Previous orders had been reliable in terms of product quality and packaging, however sometimes the postage time was longer than expected. I think they may have improved this recently, since this order was received (to Japan) within a week.

My order got lost in the post and after an email to Mitolab they promptly got back to me and sent out a replacement order which I received the following day. Great service

Quick and great product

While I just received my product - I feel certain this is by far the best on the market — here’s to better health!

I ordered a package with two bottles in it. One of them came cracked so there was leaking liquid all over the contents of everything and my whole order was ruined.
I also spent hours trying to scrub meth blue stains off the countertop where I opened the package. Terrible experience.

I see the company responded to my review. I would be happy to provide emails showing I did in fact contact them before posting my review. The fact that their response is to get on here and blatantly lie about something that is so incredibly easy to prove should tell you exactly what kind of people you are dealing with. I also have an email with them claiming they’ve only had a bottle break once ever, then here they claim it’s happened 3 times. Clear pattern of a business having no problem lying and misleading their customers about even basic things.

Waiting more than 4 weeks for delivery, from UK to Germany. DHL says they did not receive invoice. Multiple correspondence here and forth with customs did not lead to delivery. Amz is more expensive, but delivers overnight - a better choice.

I believe the item was sent in a timely manner. Too bad my country’s customs office took their time in forwarding it, but that’s no fault of Mitolab. When I contacted Mitolab as to status, they helpfully sent me information and a tracking number. One tweak I would ask for would be to sends the tracking number automatically with every order. The product itself is excellent, I will not hesitate to order again.
