3 orders-3 fails

This is my 6th country i'm relocated in and i've realized that in Austria service level needs huge improvement. I was happy to try mjam and again dissapointment. I have tried the app 3 times, one my food wasn't delivered at all, second time i got cold pizza with smelly ham, third time i got wrong order. All in all terrible experience. It must be a way to improve...

Don't waste your time and money, food will not turn up ever

I made an order twice, first one never came, we kept on waiting, until Ive called the actual restaurant, where they told me, they don't even have a contract with jam for a long time. so I should not expect the food at all (which I even paid already), 2. time was just as bad, ordered food around 16:00, they said 30 mins delivery, 17:30 still nothing, I've checked online and estimated delivery was 20:30 as the didn't have a driver. Its a joke, I don't know how a delivery company can operate without delivery guys, but now Ive read the reviews ... Shocking. Made ma 4 kids very upset, won't order again

NOT recommended

The app is extremely user UNfriendly, getting help or contacting customer service is near to impossible. Refunds for missing orders (which happens quite often) takes uo to 7-8 days. All in all, really bad experience.

Terrible company,no responsibility, many dirty tricks in the mobile app and web app to prevent customer to follow his triple time delayed delivery. Very bad action from help desk. It's really disrespectful.

Ordered over 90 minutes ago. Has not started even cooking according to order status. No option to cancel order. No option to reach customer service. No option to contact restaurant. Can't order another meal in case this one eventually cancelled or delivered by the restaurant. Can't recommend less.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever!
I haven’t received my order and they won’t refund ! Although chat agent said it “might be delivered back to the restaurant “ and I have a screenshot of this.
Contacting my bank for chargeback with this proof because this customer service is useless!!!

Most useless customer service ever

How can there be such customer service in the world?

I received the wrong order and when I started the chat the agent was downright rude, offered some lousy excuse and just closed the chat before I could clarify how everything would be resolved.

I got stuck with a wrong order that I couldn't eat, no refund and no dinner. WAY TO GO stupid company.

Later Edit:
Refund has been issued. This does not compensate for the lack of professionalism your agent showed and neither for my lost time. Good riddance.

First get a monopoly, than drop the quality.

Once this company had a monopoly in food delivery in Vienna, the quality dropped into the abyss. Today was it's peak: waited 1:30h for my 40€ delivery, when it came, it was just 1 pizza, and the wrong one, and cold. Upon complaining, and not satisfied with a 10€ coupon, I got blocked from writing reviews within the app. That won't last. Competition is erging fast, and every lost client won't come back.

Shocking company

Shocking company, it leaches money from delivering food late and poorly. They have removed any human interface from their app to ensure they do not have to deal with problems. Use Lieferando and never Mjam.

Food not delivered

They did try to solve my problem that is why i give them 2 stars, but i think that people who drive the bikes arent professional, and do their job the way they shoul be doing. I ordered from them last time and they were super late, plus i never got my food because the driver delivered it to the wrong person, which is not even in my bilding but in the other street. The first person that i had communicatio to about that problem just wrote me that they called me and i didnt answer (which is not true, because i never got the call) and they dissconnected. I had to contact someone else for my problem and they were nicer and gave me a refound. All in all, i would not recommend to use them.

This is a horror delivery

This is a horror delivery - via MJAM

1Hr late, order made at 4:50, order received at 5:08PM - arrived 6:15PM!!!

Add insult to injury - MJAM customer service hang up on me/us. They just didn't care.
And the Restaurant - don't care either. Call MJAM they said..

Horror - all in all.

Well, fortunately - there are ways to spread the news - and I'm doing just that.

I want to make it clear:

Run away for MJAM delivery - stay away!
They failed, they don't care, and reject a refund.
Then they just hang up on you.

My personal experience with Mjam

I ordered my food at 21:16 with a waiting period of 29min. After nearly 2 hours at 23:15 my food arrived. I tried to call the restaurant 3 times. First they were very rude and spoke in a foreign language, I didn't understand and then hung up. The second time I called, they didn't even answer the phone and the third time, they finally found their time, to speak to their customer, they were still rude, but at least told me, after 1½ hours of delay, that it was "only" going to take 2 more minutes. And the worst part of all was, that the food was already cold, they forgot several ingredients and the rest tastet cheap and disgusting.

Bad experience

My last two Miami orders were a total fail. The first time, the restaurant called me after one hour saying that Miami told them that the order is already delivered. She said that it cannot be the case, because mjam never picked up the pizza at the restaurant. And it's true, I did not receive the pizza.

The second time, which is today, the mjam driver arrived at my place without my order. He left and said that I should write an email to mjam.
