the delivery times are depending on the restaurants and their drivers. Sometimes unfortunately all delivery drivers are busy, so it takes a bit to have a driver ready to deliver your order.

The only way I order food when I'm in Vienna is Mjam.
I don't understand why anyone complains about Mjam when problems are with restaurants. Yes, not all takeaway restaurants are good, it's an old news. I had a problem only once when the food didn't arrive after an hour and a half. But Mjam support was very helpful and even answered me in English, which I didn't expect at all. I got a refund right away with no questions. The customer care agent even recommended me a restaurant close by with a fast delivery.
Good job Mjam.
My personal recommendation in Vienna: Der Gockel (Austrian) and Bio Frische.
