I brought my first house with them and was a learning experience for me and my son . With a lot hard questions and unknown answers. But I can't complain about then . They was really quick and keen to get everything done and always ready to explain when needed. Will recommend and If we buy other house I will use them again .

We are first time buyers and have just completed our purchase with MJP conveyancing. The entire process was made really easy for us, all costs were broken down to us beforehand, including a declaration of trust, and prices were competitive with the current market. Communication with all member of MJP was extremely easy, all queries were answered rapidly and all aspects of the process were well covered and explained. We would highly recommend MJP to others, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. 5 Stars.

MJP were incredibly helpful throughout the entire conveyancing process for our first home purchase. They guided us through the complexities of buying an atypical property, (which was further complicated by a challenging seller!) and were always easily contactable and approachable. Unlike some of the horror stories we have heard with other solicitors dragging their feet, MJP handled everything promptly and kept us informed at every stage. Their efficiency and professionalism exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly use their services again in the future!

Very fast turnaround on comms, to us, the agent and the buyers solicitor. The majority of comms to and from us was online. The system that they used was very easy to understand and kept everything in one place.
They were highly effective and at a reasonable price.

Trying to find a reliable conveyancer was a lot harder than we thought, one that didn't have hidden costs or multiple people handling your case that sometimes weren't connected to the firm but had been out sourced. Once we'd spoken to Sharon at MJP we were immediately put at ease by the way she answered our questions in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was handled by them, the communication couldn't have been better and having the portal for uploading documents, messaging and being kept up to date as things progressed was really helpful. We would certainly recommend MJP and definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely recommend and we will use MJP in future plans. Thorough and quick. The on-line portal made it easy to see progress. Any queries were answered quickly. They really make you feel they are giving you full attention.

I have used MJP twice now and both times they have been excellent, the online journal is so useful. They update on everything on there with guidelines on what needs to be done and you can ask questions which they respond to quickly. I couldn't recommend MJP enough!
I started my conveyencing process with another company, who I had to dis-instruct. MJP did more in 6 hours than the previous company did in 6 weeks. Communication is amazing, a really helpful team, the portal is super helpful and they even come back super quickly after a phone call and detail everything you've discussed. I will use them for everything !

Picking a conveyancer is a hard choice - you have traditional (but expensive) conveyancers and you have cheaper online (but questionable) conveyancers.

MJP felt like the right balance of traditional conveyancers enabled by tech and at a fair price, with good reviews online.

I was delighted to find this stood true with the service level and quality they delivered. They fully understood what had to happen and helped with any questions I had (responding either same day or first thing next day if I asked out of office hours).

They kept on top of things and kept the pressure on the other side for completion. Even post completion they're still on top of things.

The only small downside is the online portal they use is a bit clunky and takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you're up to speed then it helps keep everything in one place. I really liked the fact the communication with the other side was uploaded to the portal for me to read and keep on top of too.

I'd absolutely use them again and would encourage anyone looking for a conveyancer to speak to MJP.

As First time buyers, we'd heard the horror stories of conveyancing, but I have nothing bad to say about MJP!

MJP were so easy to work with, they continuously kept us updated and worked with us through a house that fell through and then onto our completed purchase. MJP applied the correct amount of pressure onto the other solicitors and did their best to keep things moving.

To add to this, their costs were very competitive and everyone we spoke to on the phone were very helpful
