Would I use MJP again? Undoubtedly yes. Why? Prompt responses, good communication, and helpful when you need things explained to you. The online portal is excellent be that communication, upload of documents or balancing the financials. It would be fair to say there are cheaper conveyancers out there, but I am more than happy that MJP justified what I paid in what has not been an easy sale. Great work, and thank you. Hugely appreciated.

MJP were very good throughout the whole conveyancing process.
The online portal showed every communication, event and financial transaction with date and time stamp. We were able to track anytime.
The messaging response through the portal was excellent, usually on the same day.
We were thoroughly satisfied and would use again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. MJP have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Usually, purchasing a house is a very stressful and taxing experience. This was definitely not the case this time around! MJP were quick, efficient, organised, clear and concise with everything they did on this sale for us. The online portal is amazing - it is easy to use and keeps you continuously updated throughout the process. I never once felt that I was waiting for them to get back to me or wondering what was going on. I always felt well informed and up to date which is such a huge thing when going through this process. Because of MJP, our house purchase experience has been a really easy, stress free, positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough. They’re worth every penny!

This company was recommended to me and I would recommend them to others, as long as you have an idea of the process and what to expect. As a FTB there were some things that I had to look into myself and ask a solicitor that I know personally as not all things were explained in full. That said they were extremely quick to respond to enquiries via the portal and this is easy to use and pretty clear on most points. I did feel that unless I did some of the chasing and pushing them to chase; that things wouldn't have moved along. They may have been doing things in the background but this isn't always obvious. Once to the point of the exchange the new team were really speedy and great at communication. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this company. From the very beginning they were helpful right through to completion. Very easy to communicate with and always prompt replies. Don't be concerned it is online.. it didn't cause us any hassle, in fact it was probably easier than dealing with a “high-street” company.

The online journal provides an instant update to what is going on between all solicitors and estate agents.
They respond to questions usually in minutes.
The unfortunate downside to this transparency is seeing how utterly useless all other solicitors are in comparison.

As a first time buyer I was initially hesitant with MJP as they were online only, I read the reviews both on google and here and decided to go with them. I'm so glad I did, honestly they've been great, they're quick with responses, every time I heard back within 4 hours or by 9am the next working day. They're extremely thorough and efficient, and yet over a grand cheaper than the conveyancing services my estate agent attempted to sell me. Will definitely use again next time. Thanks MJP!

MJP really surpassed my expectations. I've just used them to sell my house, and I'm honestly not sure how my experience of working with them could have been better.

They were extremely prompt throughout the entire process. Every single time I contacted them, I received a reply within a couple of hours, usually sooner. They kept me informed regarding buyer correspondence and actions, and while most of this contact was carried out through online messaging, they were happy to arrange a telephone call when I wanted to discuss a matter in more depth.

They were also organised, giving me a clear sense of what forms I needed to fill out in order to exchange contracts as soon as possible.

And all this for a very reasonable fee! I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Their service is super efficient and quick. They have a journal where you can see all the communications which are updated live and they are always efficient with their service.
They are not the cheapest and do have extra fees if your property has a management company etc but their service is top class.
Highly recommended and will be using to buy my next home too.

While I was skeptical initially about this firm due to the low price and horror stories about cheap solicitors, the experience was quite smooth. The online platform while confusing in the beginning is quite intuitive. Its difficult to reach them on the phone they are very responsive online (usually answer in less than 1h in enquiries in their platform). The only downside is that it seems that multiple different people handle your case so there is some risk for miscommunication and repetition of the same info. However whatever problem came up, was solved in the end. Given their fee levels, they are super recommended.
