Funeral was arranged in a very friendly, personal way, using the local family run funeral service my stepfather asked for. Both John and Natalie were so comforting and understanding and were so hard working arranging a lot of the funeral arrangements. The fact my mum couldn’t attend the funeral due to ill health, meant they arranged for the funeral car to start at her house so she could say her goodbye from the door, and the personal greeting from John to the widow, assured her they would take great care and pride of the deceased in such a respectful manner brought a very personal touch to the service. I cannot thank the whole team and especially John and Natalie, who were both so knowledgeable about their jobs and available whenever we needed anything. It was mums funeral today and myself and the rest of the family felt compelled to leave a review after today. After being faced with the the biggest Tragedy of the loss of our mum, we looked at different funeral directors.
I called MKFFS and John said you’re more than welcome to pop in and see if I’m the right fit for you, there was no pressure, just a calming, reassuring voice.
We met with John and we knew he and Natalie were right for mums care, genuine, down to earth, no upselling, just listening and guidance.
We did look at other places for consideration however they felt too corporate and not personal. John made a promise to look after mum like how he would his own loved ones.
The funeral was perfect today and a huge part of that is because of MKFFS, they listened, tailored and delivered with the upmost respect. And it’s not just the standard service, it’s in the little things too, I have a 20 month old who John was happy to interact with and just went the extra mile to make sure we as a family were at ease today. There was also an incredibly personal touch of mums handprints. The care and service was impeccable and I would highly recommend MKFFS.
I have read the other reviews, don’t let them put you off, regardless of your personal view or John’s it has nothing to do with the level of care, consideration, warmth and kindness you get.

This individual is astonishingly misguided, exploiting those in a delicate state to benefit financially. His tactics involve creating fear and manipulation, aiming to maintain a high mortality rate. Without any medical qualifications or access to personal health or vaccination records, he inaccurately claims that vaccines are causing more deaths. His actions reflect a lack of education, relying on fear tactics, and he seems to wish for an increase in fatalities to sustain his pandemic-era earnings. He often contradicts himself.

Saw the UTTERLY ILLUMINATING AND INCREDIBLY EYE OPENING podcast on the Dozen . Wow , if only the world had more men like John ! Incredibly scary and fascinating at the same time … bravo John and co x god bless “it is better to give than to receive”

To have to arrange a funeral for a very close loved one, my husband, was one of the most difficult things to do. However, John at MKFFS was amazing. He guided us through every stage, gave an overall price without adding hidden extras and could not do enough to help us through it all. He was extremely kind, caring and respectful and felt just like a member of our family which made it all feel so much more bearable. Thank you so much John and co. for being there for us and making our farewell to Doug a day to look back on with love and warmth.

After losing my Nanny, my world. At my age of 31 years of age I had never arranged a funeral, especially for someone I was so close too.
I was being told by lots of people to contact co op and a lot of large funeral directors.
I was completely broken and so unsure who I could hire to ensure my amazing nanny was cared for like I would care for her.

My finances Nan had used MKFFS for their wonderful sons funeral, who sadly died unexpectedly and was treated with the most incredible care and love.

I phoned MKFFS and said "I don't know what I need to say", John (the owner) said " you've phoned the right place lovely. " and from that moment onward was amazing.
And said would meet me an hour later.

Within this hour I was worried and broken.
This company is family based and amazing and the lovely owner, his wife and lovely co workers are clearly so passionate about their clients.

Throughout the process John constantly kept me informed with updates and made sure I was okay, like he was my own family.

The company was completely reasonable with regards to pricing, they understood Nan was not rich and wanted a basic package. I was not pressured into anything Nan did not want.

On the day of the funeral, I was not ready to let my wonderful nanny go. John and his beautiful wife arrived in the hearse and was an amazing comfort to our family. Upon their arrival John presented me with a photo and handprint he had personally taken from my Nan, which as you can imagine was an incredible touch.

Once we arrived behind the hearse at the crematorium, John stopped all the cars and came to my car and asked if I would like to walk down behind Nan with him.

I cannot express how John and his co workers have made the worst experience of my life, one of the most perfect experiences.

From the very first contact, John came across as genuinely compassionate, empathetic and respectful. He clearly explained his pricing, no hidden extras. He gave us options to consider but never tried to sell us more than we needed. On the day of the funeral, he didn't rush us and sure everyone was ok. We were very grateful for how he and his wife did their very best to give us what we wanted from the funeral.

I’ve just seen a disturbing picture on X posted by John of a supposed ‘blood clot’ taken from someone’s deceased family member… idc what ‘truths’ he thinks he revealing but it’s wholly inappropriate for social media and totally disrespectful to the deceased and their loved ones.

John and Natalie came across very well every time we spoke with them, very respectful and delivered exactly what my father wanted from his funeral.

I would like to say 3 words to you Natalie and your staff. “YOU WERE AMAZING” thank you just does not seem enough….. I cannot believe how you made mums day so special. You made me feel so at ease with just that hug and I knew mum was safe. THANK YOU xx

A 5 star review is not enough for John. We met him when we were broken, and he was absolutely amazing. Johm genuinely cares, and is so lovely. He went out of his way to help us, and guide us through. You can trust John and he made everything so special and my friends fiance got the funeral he deserved.

We recently lost out Mum to quite sad circumstances, john looked after our Mum like she was family, John and Natalie were recommended to us by a family remember, thank god they did, they were both so nice, john was amazing, what a lovly sole, we could not of hoped for more, Professional, Geniune, kind, caring, understanding, friendly, nothing was to much trouble, he made us feel comfortable at an uncomfortable time, very good service, a rare and special Company. This man has risked so much- his reputation, family business and safety- to speak out and share what he’s witnessed as a funeral director over the past 18 months, through the covid ‘pandemic’.
I urge anyone to listen to his words whilst asking yourself, what does this man have to gain from this. Maybe give him a ring, email him, whatever. He’s openly shared his details enabling people to do so and verify his words.
John, I wish you and yours well. Thank you for sharing and reinforcing what I already knew. I just thank you that you are there, providing the best care and compassion you possibly can to those who need you most.

I know its trustpilot but i cant comment on service as i fortunately havent needed it and live in bham.

Deluded man! Absolutely deluded to prey on the vulnerable to line his pockets! Scar mongering and manipulative. Scaring the vulnerable to ensure the high death toll continues. No medical training, no medical background, no access to people’s health records, no access to people’s vaccinations record yet states deaths are increasing due to vaccines!! Uneducated scare mongering fool! Hoping deaths rise to keep his income at the high it’s been during the pandemic! Contradicts himself
