Sold faulty goods and ignored requests to refund. Avoid

We had 4 bar stools , the derby padded stool. The quality was awful , the holes do not line up with the seats or backrests .

Do believe this is an easy assemble should anyone buy these stools ,

Not a great experience unfortunately! Product is faulty but the customer service team refuse to see the issue - it’s blatantly obvious! Such a shame as you buy in good faith and get let down by companies who choose to blame you as the purchaser. A great shame as I had high hopes! Another company full of greed in a cost of living crisis!

Ordered numerous times from Mmilo now and every time the service has been excellent and the quality of the products is impressive.

Next day delivery didn’t happen which was disappointing as I was waiting in all day, this should be offered for f it can’t be achieved.

My experience with Mmilo was extremely good and Dincho who worked in the customer services department couldn’t have been more helpful. He sorted my problem out for me very efficiently.

Chair itself is perfect but it came with screws that were too short to attach the legs to the seat so we had to go to B and Q and buy extra screws.

Service was fine but it would be good to have an indication of delivery date before placing the order. This is commonplace on most websites where large goods are being ordered

This is the second time I've bought from this company. Good customer service and really prompt delivery. Excellent value product.

Overall good service however I ordered some chairs and they cancelled my order advising they had sold out. So I went straight into their website and ordered some more of the same chairs. I then replied to customer services asking why they had cancelled my order and stated they have none in stock when I had managed to order the same chairs on their website afterwards. They immediately apologised and advised they don’t know why they advised that. For the inconvenience they offered to send both orders out but only charge for one order which I was surprised by but happy they rectified it quickly and I have my order :)

Really pleased with the quality of the chairs, instructions took a little bit of working out but we got there in the end!

My chair arrived promptly and well packaged. There was very little to do except to screw in the legs, which was done quite easily. For an occasional chair the quality is good, and just as described. Thank you.

Very happy with delivery time and speed which my minor problems were sorted, too early to judge chair quality but seem to be exactly as described.

I ordered four Eames-style DSR dining chairs from Mmilo, through Amazon. They arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. The chairs are great replicas and Mmilo's service was faultless.

The 4 chairs and two other chairs I purchased are excellent. They go perfectly in my new kitchen and are perfect for my new kitchen table. I would recommend Milo as a company to deal with. I bought 8 chairs from Mmilo via e-bay which arrived promptly. When they arrived there was an issue with one of the chairs. I contacted Mmilo via telephone, they were very helpful and I received a replacement chair within a matter of days. Incidentally, the chairs were exactly as described and are very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Helpful and fast recovering the situation when I had one product arrived damaged. Great dealer and very happy with my beautiful chairs
