Good website and range.
The only reason it is 4 stars as there was little communication on deliveries and I had to chase.

Mobcater were fantastic to deal with. I rang to discuss my requirements as i had no idea what Kw generator i needed, all I did know is that i wanted to go LPG. After a short conversation it was decided the 5000Kw greengear would be suitable. I went online and the ordering process was simple and easy to complete. I made payment on a Friday and received my generator on Monday. The generator looks fantastic and I was surprised to find it had already been set up and is ready to go. Has a little sticker on it with a check list of whats been done to it before being shipped by one of the technicians.... 5 star service. Im absolutely over the moon.

Grill arrived in good order with fast delivery.
Upon setting up the grill I noticed the gas regulator was missing. Contacted the company and was very impressed by the customer care they showed. Fast responses to my emails and a replacement regulator was supplied, again with fast delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. A very professional company .

Got my product came later than expected but no worries cant use it this time of year.
Do they sell a product to cover the top not talking about a water proof cover.

What can i say Fantastic seller David the customer service agent was so knowledgeable he was so so helpful made the transaction very pleasurable i ordered a GE 3000 LPG generator on Friday and it arrived in Belfast Tuesday morning i cant even get a first class letter that quick.
