A great mobility experience
Very easy to find, very easy to get access to the parking. Enough room to park even with a large car. Very handy to reserve 24h tickets for public transport. Suggestion for improvement : I bought 3 tickets, it would have been nice if I could 1) store the tickets into my apple wallet 2) distribute them to member of my group ( not easy to open the tickets one by one to scan them in the tramway)

Good idea
I like the idea. It is really nice to travel by bike in Amsterdam however many things should be corrected. For example I had a problem to fined my bicycle - I had to check all of the before I have found mine. Actually I couldn't get in touch with the help desk and the help of the chat bot was worthless, however the idea is great and I hope you will continue

I recommend this car park, I got in and out without any problems, close to town, price very adequate for a full day of parking. I recommend and will definitely use again more than once😄.

Worked very seamlessly
I booked in advance - parking and bike for 3 days. The barrier to the parking opened automatically for me at both arrival and departure.
The bike rental using the app also worked almost flawlessly, much better than I am used to from other app-based bike rentals. The bike locked/unlocked quickly and reliably.
I am a fan of using this service and getting around by bike in Amsterdam is really much more enjoyable than driving into and within the city.

Easy, convenient and good value
It was easy to get in to the parking lot and it was well lit with plenty of space. The bikes were a bit messy and the bike I chose didn't have working lights but I'm giving it 4 stars for ease of use, convenience and value.

Easy parking outside city centre
Parking was easy to find and there was enough space to park also for bigger car. Tram 19 leaves very close by which takes you direction of city centre. It is also prefect carpark for Restaurant de Kas.

Could be better
Easy to park the car and ride by bike.
Too bad none of the lights on the 2 bicycles were working. Also one of the cains rattlet and didn't shift gear well.
The app was also sometimes slow to connect with the lock.
So its easy but maintanance on the bikes should be better.

Great help by employee in original parking Space!
The employee at our original parking station gave his best to find a solution to our own failed booking - we originally only booked a parking space but no bike - so that we could still rent a bike from another station and ride to see the race.
Big thanks to storm at the Schalkwijk centrum station!

Good deal and a fun day!
It was a good deal instead of train and tram. Fun to bike around the city and be mobile. The 3 teenagers in our family had fun too. Very handy and convenient, bikes in good shape and possible to adjust to fit us all 5 people. Spacious and nice parking lot.
Two obsticles: the app did not have the button needed to open the barrier when entering and leaving the parking. Waiting long time when calling customer service. And really important to have phone-reception where you park the bikes, otherwise hard to open the locks.

good way to have a programmable visit by car
Good:Best experience for car recognizing in entrance and exit.
Not that good:
-QR for peatonal door was not alvailable in the mobian app.
- peatonal dood didn't open with QR code in the sales order neither
-QR codes of various Public Transport tickets should be visible at the same time in the app to satisfy control personal.
